Stunning natural setting; disconnecting and relaxing all one upon arrival in Sobrefoz. Mónica and Javier perfect hosts, friendly even affectionate could say.... Volcados in making your stay perfect. They tell you the places to visit, map, hiking routes. They carry the Casa Severa restaurant: menu with top quality local product cooked with traditional wisdom, all very good. I don't know can ask for more from a rural country sword. They warn you that from Cangas de Onís there are no gas stations or supermarkets to bring what you need for the days of accommodation. We stayed 6 nights in mid June to explore the area, do some walking, visit places and to drive some of the scenic routes of the area. The place is high up above the valley up a fairly narrow road and through 2 small villages before you get to San Roman. Our host provided pictures showing how to find the house which was useful. The location is very quiet and surrounded by trees, fields and views of the mountains. Our host also provided lots of useful information about walks and scenic drives in the area, the nearest beaches on the coast and local recommendations where to eat. The cats that live round about kept us amused. We had a great time.
