We LOVED this Airbnb!! Laure was super helpful from start to finish. The apartment feels like home with so many sweet touches that make it special. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. It was a perfect location to explore the Lake Annecy area, and we always found free parking easily in the hamlet near the apartment. There was a washer and dryer to use which was very helpful for us. I didn’t even know this area of the world existed until a few months ago, and now I would say it’s one of my favorite places I have ever visited!

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location, with spectacular views from the balcony of the paragliders, the lake and the mountains. Inside the apartment is very spacious, with lots of extra little touches provided such as kitchen ingredients, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Our family love coffee, so the coffee machine was a nice treat and François kindly provided the coffee beans too. There is access to the lovely pool and deck, which again takes in the stunning views . We enjoyed walks down into Tallories and exploring the area. The walk back is uphill but enjoyable, just keep stopping to take in the views! François is an excellent host, very friendly and with great recommendations on the local area. We had a wonderful 9 day stay, and would highly recommend.

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

Carine was a wonderful host, she was really responsive, had excellent recommendations for the local area and restaurants and the extra special touch of homemade cake and jam was so gratefully received. The apartment is lovely, it’s super well equipped with everything you need, comfy beds and a huge balcony. It’s just across the road from the beautiful lake, it’s a great location for walks and picnics in the sunshine with a few restaurants nearby and an easy walk into the town. Would recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town! We loved the location as well as the amenities in the apartment, it feels like there was a lot of care put into setting up the home. We both said it was one of the nicest AirBnBs we’ve ever stayed at!

Can’t beat the view and the location

Lovely apartment, 1 min walk from lake. Nice balcony with garden view. 25 mins walk along lakeside to old town. Large, comfy living room/kitchen + cosy bedroom. There are about 5 parking spaces immediately in front of the apartment - first come, first served but we always found a space. If no spaces, there's a big public car park 50m away - free except during peak season (July/August). Good communication from Marie Christine before & during. Met by Stefan who was helpful with check-in. Would happily visit again.

Location of the apartment good, with the supermarket just right around the corner. I also liked that the apartment was only about 10mins walk towards the lake. The place was clean and lovely. I do suggest that one should bring a kitchen sponge and towel, so that you can clean the dishes. In addition, even though we were 4 adults, we only received 2 towels - not a big deal since we always bring our own towels just in case. As mentioned in other reviews, there are quite a lot of stairs to get into the apartment, and into bedrooms. The apartment was clean and bright and it was lovely staying in there. However, there was a security camera in the living room. The host assured me that the camera is not in operation and is only used as a safeguard for intruders. Well, I do believe it wasn’t switched on, but I can’t help but wonder if it was and it gave us a feeling as if we were being watched.

An ideal 2-night stay in this small cozy accommodation. The setting is wonderful and soothing and ideally located for cycling or on the lake. No complaints, I'll be back as soon as possible!

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of the old town. Lucie was a great host who responded quickly and efficiently to our questions. We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful medieval city. Amazing scenery around every corner. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Felt relaxed and enjoyed the buzz of the markets . Enjoyed trying Lucie’s recommendations for restaurants and bars. Felt like a local for our stay! Thank you Lucie

Communication was always excellent, the accommodation is cleaner than some hotels I have been to and the apartment is in the center of Annecy. We definitely won't be coming for the last time :)

A great place to stay in an exceptional setting. A breathtaking view of Mont Blanc 🤩 Upscale combined with a relaxed and pressure-free atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The Savoyards are very welcoming and contribute to the beauty of their environment. No false notes on this stay. Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very nice apartment, we had a peaceful stay in this very quiet little hamlet. In line with all the descriptions, the jacuzzi is a real plus after beautiful days in the Annecy area.

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was very peaceful and quiet. The town was walkable. Laurence was kind enough to offer transportation whenever we needed it and she helped us navigate the French train system and setting up restaurant reservations. The place was very clean. The hot tub and sauna were nice as well and very private! She made the experience of being in France very authentic; she definitely went above and beyond a typical AirBNB host.

we had a wonderful stay at Camille's, who has always been very responsive to our requests. the parking is a real plus, the location too, it is very easy and quick to access the city center and the lake on foot. the jacuzzi is a real plus.
