Sophie was accommodating, welcoming and gave good advice for activities and dining nearby. The house is ideally located, 2 min walk from the lake, playground, beach, shops... Comfort is assured. The house is perfectly equipped and beautifully decorated. We had a pleasant stay and will keep the address safe!

Very clean and new accommodation, ideal location for a weekend in Annecy and the surroundings. Lovely bedding and amenities! A space for a vehicle is available in the courtyard of the accommodation which greatly facilitates the stay. I would recommend it 100%.

Perfect cottage, which was as described in every way. A peaceful retreat in the middle of the mountains. The weather told us nothing good but finally, an exceptional vacation under the sun, between spring flowers and hiking in the snow. Ideally located for discovering the Alps and Mont Blanc Hot tub at the top for debriefering the day while relaxing with its sublime view. Thanks to Michael's wife for her kindness and advice.

My daughter and I had such a lovely week in Talloires and Ali’s home was a special part of this. The house was in a perfect location - in the centre of the village, close to the supermarket and to restaurants and more importantly - right next door to the best bakers where we went most mornings! It is also very close to the lakeside and to many beautiful walks. The house was clean and comfortable and got a better sleep than at home! Ali also helped us with suggestions on where to go which was very much appreciated as this was our first time in the area. If we are back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to stay here again.

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location, with spectacular views from the balcony of the paragliders, the lake and the mountains. Inside the apartment is very spacious, with lots of extra little touches provided such as kitchen ingredients, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Our family love coffee, so the coffee machine was a nice treat and François kindly provided the coffee beans too. There is access to the lovely pool and deck, which again takes in the stunning views . We enjoyed walks down into Tallories and exploring the area. The walk back is uphill but enjoyable, just keep stopping to take in the views! François is an excellent host, very friendly and with great recommendations on the local area. We had a wonderful 9 day stay, and would highly recommend.

Have stayed at here many times everything is perfect! As always Martine is amazing and always there to help if need be. What else can you say that’s not already been said in the many reviews. The view is stunning the apartment is spotless clean the host is so friendly. No hesitation not to be missed, super value, see you again very soon

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Wonderfully decorated place! We enjoyed our stay at Teo’s place. He was incredibly helpful and communicative. Unique place Close to transit for an easy ride to annecy. Loved it and will recommend in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). The apartment was perfectly equipped and Nina and her partner were very welcoming, and responsive by message, thank you again for a beautiful weekend! Julie

A fantastic place with two bedrooms and a big terrace overlooking the lake. Great for enjoying the sun or barbecuing. Close to the lake that offers a variety of places for food and drinks. I can recommend the small place called Le Take Off.

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this accommodation :)

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
