We loved staying at Anne’s place, the house is beautiful and designed very well. The pictures don’t do it justice, the garden is lush and beautiful and the views of the forrest are magical. She was communicating very well and was always available, even left us an amazing gift upon arrival. Would 10/10 stay here again.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Our stay went very well. The place is very quiet. The host is available, responsive and does everything to make our stay as good as possible. The house was similar to the photos, very well furnished. Small downside: the heat in the upstairs rooms (but fan available); neighbors who complain about the noise when we are in the pool while we respect the schedules

We spent a wonderful week at the Courtin’s place in Seynod. The house is immaculate, very well equipped and has a fantastic garden - perfect for enjoying late evening barbecues. The kids loved the heated pool complete with inflatable flamingo! A great place to explore Annecy from in a very peaceful neighbourhood. It’s worth taking advantage of the free bus into town/ getting there early in peak summer as traffic and parking around the lake can be challenging.

We were hosted very well by Isabelle! The house is very nice and the location peaceful. We had a great time , I would recommend it without hesitation.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay. The house looks just like the photos and is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The lake view is beautiful. The host is very responsive, which greatly facilitates my communication. I would recommend it 100%.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the middle of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a great vacation at your place! The location of the accommodation is perfect to fully enjoy the calm of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of Annecy. Armand is very welcoming and very accommodating. Special mention to Françoise who is a very kind and caring person. Our kids really enjoyed it, especially our 5-year-old daughter!

Very beautiful and nice house. Perfect for a small family with the beach a few minutes' walk away. Need a bike to go to Annecy but largely doable.

We enjoyed Laurent's house very much. It looks like in the pictures. The location is great, you can get to Annecy on foot or by bike. You have a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. Nothing is missing, we felt very comfortable right away. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

An amazing place with a beautiful view to enjoy the outdoor kitchen at sunset. The house is very well equipped with lots of care so that we immediately feel at home. We had a great weekend there with our team. Welcoming hosts, always attentive. No complaints, everything is perfect including the very friendly neighbors!

Elisabeth and Victor were phenomenal hosts and their home is wonderful! It was such a breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally) after having stayed at so many other places that just didn't meet our needs. They were always responsive and helpful and went out of their way to help us with specific questions and needs. The view is incredible! They had enough parking for our 2 cars and enough room for our group of 7. Merci infinement !!!
