Very clean and new accommodation, ideal location for a weekend in Annecy and the surroundings. Lovely bedding and amenities! A space for a vehicle is available in the courtyard of the accommodation which greatly facilitates the stay. I would recommend it 100%.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Thank you to Elsa for her responsiveness in our exchanges and requests. The accommodation is isolated but the directions to find it are clear and detailed. The view is exceptional!! Well located, all activities (paragliding, canyoning, lake, restaurant, city center, etc.) within 30 min.

We had a great stay as a family. Functional accommodation, very clean and well-equipped with a baby. We felt at home. Everything was perfect.

Carine was a wonderful host, she was really responsive, had excellent recommendations for the local area and restaurants and the extra special touch of homemade cake and jam was so gratefully received. The apartment is lovely, it’s super well equipped with everything you need, comfy beds and a huge balcony. It’s just across the road from the beautiful lake, it’s a great location for walks and picnics in the sunshine with a few restaurants nearby and an easy walk into the town. Would recommend and would love to come back!

Solange is a very friendly, welcoming and responsive host who did everything to make our stay wonderful. The accommodation is clean with modern amenities and ideally located near the lake. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi are a real asset!

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Very well furnished accommodation and super well located to access the lake on foot, the Gardens of Europe, the old town (and with the crowds, we were very happy not to have to take the car!). Very welcoming and friendly host, very responsive in exchanges. Lots of very useful information and explanations, and things in the apartment are really very well thought out on the "practicality" side, it's super appreciable. Great location to discover this beautiful city of Annecy!
