Amazing property with wonderful hosts! The home seems like a new build and is beautifully decorated in a clean, beachy style that’s perfect for a rental—no clutter or overly personal items, just a very comfortable and well-appointed space. The kitchen was amazing, and we had everything we needed. They even had Keureg coffees stocked. The pool was a huge hit for us! The onnnnly small hang-up was the listing’s mention of both a pool AND hot tub. We learned after booking that the hot tub requires an added daily fee to be heated. That detail wasn’t clearly stated in the listing (only said if you wanted to heat it beyond its “set temp.”) When comparing rental options, it would’ve helped us make a more informed decision. Evenings relaxing and soothing sore muscles was something we’d looked forward to, but the extra cost made it less appealing in the end. We still had a GREAT stay and would absolutely recommend this property—just keep in mind the hot tub isn’t included in the base price.

Place was beautiful, spotless, spacious and very comfortable, especially traveling with babies. Clean linens. Necessities provided. Pool was a great addition. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

Great little spot close to downtown Jensen. House was nice and clean. Had plenty to do for the kids. Mini golf was perfect for everyone. Big spacious living/dining/kitchen areas for everyone to be together. Outdoor living space was great. Hosts were great! Super responsive and respectful and very helpful which to me can make or break an Airbnb experience. Pool might need an extra cleaning day/week…tons of bugs/ants/etc floating all through. Bottom line, would highly recommend staying here. Great experience overall.

We stayed at Ken and Dawnelle’s home for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! There are gorgeous beaches nearby and it is quiet and peaceful. They were fantastic with instructions and incredibly responsive. The house was spotless and we loved the pool. Thank you for making our honeymoon fantastic!

This house is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool lanai was awesome and it was cool watching tv outside in the pool. My family is from NH so we could never be able to do something like this. Eddie was very informative and knowledgeable. So much so we didn’t even need to reach out to him for any questions. Very pleasant to deal with for checkin and check out process. Would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

This is the most gorgeous place!! Nestled in the cutest little area full of twisting trees and tropical foliage. It’s true you’ll feel like you are in Costa Rica!!! So much space to chill. Everything is in terrific shape and much attention to details and care. The bikes are like new and we enjoyed riding to the Jungle Trail - a must do. Well stocked kitchen and new appliances. There is a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bdrm that is set in front of French doors to a private patio which we opened while showering! Entire home and grounds super clean and well cared for. The location: it is closer to Sebastian/Wabasso and on the west side of A1A/Jimmy Buffet Hwy which makes for a sweet and quiet visit but you’ll need to cross this not too busy road with no crosswalk. The beach on this section is set high so there are 19 well built and easy steps down to the sand - very common. We loved it but something to be aware of. Vero Disney is super close. We cannot wait to come back!

You can't go wrong staying in this comfortable, well equipped home. The home is exactly as described and pictured on the AirBnB site. From the moment we walked in, we knew we chose the right place. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, great pool, beautiful landscaping, and a large fenced yard at the end of a quiet dead end street. Our dog was so happy to be able to run and play in the yard. She chased squirrels, and bunnies that were on the other side of the fence. We had a problem with the TVs/WiFi when we first arrived, but Eddie immediately left his dinner to drive the 15 minutes to the house to address the issue (a breaker switch had flipped off). Eddie provides you with all the info you need to maximize your stay. Not a deal breaker, but since the area is so dark at night, we would have liked to be able to turn on the outside lights out front and in the back yard. Thank you, Eddie, for hosting us. We had a great time! You take great care of this house.

We came over from Orlando to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with his best friends. They were amazed at the house, all the incredible art, and they loved the bedrooms. The balconies were super cool with hammock swings and wind chimes. Greg was extremely kind and helpful for everything I requested. We were fortunate to see a mama turtle lay her eggs, and a pod of manatees. I’ll definitely book again.

We had such a wonderful time at Lindsey's place. Very clean, new and an absolutely amazing location. She was an incredibly responsive host. The views from the master bedroom and balcony are unbeatable. Pool was plenty big, heated and some pool toys available in the garage. We were lucky enough to see probably 10-15 sea turtles swimming near shore as they were nesting on the beach at night. The "walk" to the beach was simply going over the small wooden walkway/stairs down to the beach. As easy as it gets! (the tiny path before the wooden stairs could use a solid weed whacking but was fine). Also, we got to see two Space X launches from the beach! It was a great trip with my three kids (11,8,6) and I would highly recommend Lindsey's place.

The home was clean and had more than enough room for our family. Communication was quick and informative. We had a relaxing week in Melbourne. While we were there in April, the beach was very quiet. There were only a few other families on the beach.

David was very responsive! He was able to accommodate a bit of an earlier check in that my family appreciated as we landed earlier. The home was amazing with modern finishes with a great pool, fireplace, and grill that we used every day and night. Also, having a mini fridge outside and an ice machine made it fun to really embrace the evenings. There was plenty of towels and the bedrooms were set up very organized with plenty of linens. My daughters loved the bunk bed room and the games/toys that were in there. The landscaping is immaculate and really beautiful with butterflies flying around to add to the ambiance. We were able to get to a Publix and a Costco within 10-15 minutes as well. Very memorable trip with my family and parents.

The house was beautiful and the view was worth waking up early every morning to lay on the hammock and watch the sun rise. The house was spotless and the view from the kitchen window was hard to leave. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend(:

What a gem! This is a brand new property and the location is superb. Craig was very responsive and communicative. The location on the Archie Carr refuge was breathtaking. We walked off the pier to new turtle tracks and nests every day. We saw a green turtle returning to the ocean. We learned from professionals and volunteers the conservation efforts to save these magnificent animals. As with any new property, there are a few things still being tweaked. But the sunroom - what a serene place to read a book, spend time with family or take a nap! The pool is a perfect place to take a break from the beach. There is plenty of parking, and the opportunity to utilize both houses for larger groups is a great option. We had a memorable stay! afternoon nap!

This is definitely one of the best places that I've ever been with my family. It is really beautiful, big, a lot of stuff to do and everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely be back this summer again, we love it.

The space was perfect our long weekend stay for a family wedding. The cost was very affordable and reasonable for the space and amenities. Jeff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We visit this area on annual basis and will definitely consider this space again in the future. Loved it!

Absolutely loved, loved, loved the area and house! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful, yet a short ride to everything you'd want or need. We felt right at home as soon as we got there for our 1 month stay. The home was all updated, super clean and nicely decorated. The pool was absolute heaven!! We got to meet Bonnie and she is such a friendly, outgoing person and such a great host. Would definitely recommend this house!
