Holiday rentals with a patio in Vero Beach

A great location, peaceful, quiet and the view of the beach is to die for. The host Lindsey was a great host. I would stay here again. Thank you Lindsey.

David is a great host. Easy to reach if you have any questions and his place is perfect for 2 people. We enjoyed how cozy it was and it had all the amenities we needed. Most of all, we loved how well the AC worked and how close the home was to the beach.

AMAZING VIEW! Direct beach access, private, super clean, and very clear instructions. Hosts were kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. We had so much fun on the beach! We saw so many sea turtles and wildlife around the property. Carolyn and Mike were so friendly and had lots of local food recommendations. We especially loved the German cafe! The apartment had everything we needed. The pull out couch was comfy for our two kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We’ll be back!!

We were in town for 2 weeks to attend grandkids end of year band programs and this was the perfect accommodation for us. It was close to our daughter’s house and gave us everything we needed. Having the full size refrigerator and stove were nice since we ate breakfast and lunch there most days while the kids were in school and parents at work. Carol and her husband were both very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a clean and simple place to stay.

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Vero! This place is absolutely beautiful and the host are very responsive and great as well. We spent many of hours enjoying the view from the balcony. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family to celebrated our youngest high school graduation. It’s located 5 minutes for Publix, 10 minutes for Wabasso Beach (beautiful spot and very peaceful) as well as located in a quite and friendly neighborhood. The hosts had all the goodies and beyond for our short stay (we wish we had the time to spend a few more nights). Overall the host is a perfect 5 stars. Excellent communicator, very sweet and flexible as well as going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you Christine for allowing us to enjoy your charming home. This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

This property is a beautiful old style Florida home with polished hardwood floors, ceiling fans, light bright colors and a deep, wide covered front porch that we spent lots of time sitting out on. The breeze from the waterways kept it very comfortable into the evening! Captains Galley across the street - FAB breakfast! Many many great restaurants all around. Blue sky, sun, ocean - paradise. The Fort Pierce inlet park and pier 5 minutes away for local color. Farmers market on Saturday - a mile away (if that) with lots of crafts and foods and music! Music from across the street was of several genres and all very good and really added to the vibe. We definitely plan to return to this jewel of a location 🌴🐠🍍

We absolutely loved the home. It was extremely spacious and the home had great energy. It was super bright and the outside pool area was set up perfectly. It was an outdoor oasis. The neighborhood isn’t great but their home is by far the nicest and super private so that didn’t matter too much. We absolutely loved this home and the best option in Vero beach!

We loved our stay with Eloy! His property was well maintained and a perfect place to stay with quick access to all the places we had to go. Definitely would recommend booking through Eloy.

We came over from Orlando to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday with his best friends. They were amazed at the house, all the incredible art, and they loved the bedrooms. The balconies were super cool with hammock swings and wind chimes. Greg was extremely kind and helpful for everything I requested. We were fortunate to see a mama turtle lay her eggs, and a pod of manatees. I’ll definitely book again.

We are avid Airbnb users, and this was hands down one of our best stays yet. Jamie was an incredible communicator - going above and beyond to provide clear expectations, answers, solutions, and recommendations. There's even a spectacular video tour that was invaluable for getting excited and when deciding what to pack! The house was spotless and well appointed, with all the important details highly considered. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers with good water pressure, and the supplies weren't the cheap disposable stuff you get with other places that aren't full-time family homes. The location is nice and private, with quick car access to the beach, shops, Botanical gardens, and great restaurants. Vero is a lovely city! It's obvious a lot of care has been put into this charming and creatively designed space. Highly recommend!

Just got home from a 4 week stay at Debbie’s place and missing it already! It’s an outstanding home, beautifully decorated in a beach vibe. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Can’t say enough about the huge backyard. It’s beautifully landscaped and surrounded by a privacy fence. Great place to enjoy a quiet time at home or a safe spot to let the kids play outdoors. The house is just minutes from shopping and restaurants. And Debbie is a great host too. Always quickly responsive to my messages. Hope to go back again!

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with tons of amenities! While it was in a large gated neighborhood it still had a very quiet and private feel. Everything we needed to go to the beach was available in the condo, chairs, umbrellas, towels all included. 10/10 would stay again!

Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This is our second year coming here and Ana and Paul somehow exceeded the amazing experience we had with them last year! They are the best hosts we have ever had. Ana feels like talking to a friend, not a host. They go above and beyond with communication and accommodating some requests we had. This place is like heaven. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach. The fun area with something for everyone. We've decided this is our home away from home and plan on making many more years of memories here. Thank you Ana and Paul ❤️

Alfonso was very positive and responded quickly to several questions; this unit is very clean and in very good repair, with very pleasant AC, the WiFi & 2-TV’s work well, the kitchen implements are adequately provided, the bathrooms are well appointed (excellent large shower), and they were very clean. Parking is adequate & secure with distributed “handicap” spaces. The gated secure feature is staffed 24/7 with patrols & parking screening. Also an excellent very large complex swim-pool area is available. Last, the regularly distributed community waste bins are frequently emptied so the residents are not exposed to unpleasant aspects of the warm climate & waste-bins!!

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

Fantastic place to stay! We will definitely stay again if we visit again!
