Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vero Beach

Loved staying at Jeff's. Spacious, squeaky clean and super comfortable beds.The pretty pool in back yard was a plus. Cushions for chaise lounges would be good. Only suggestion— a lamp or two in living room for reading. Thanks!

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Great location, walkable to the beach and the amenities at the home made for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the amount of resources for guest use such as yoga mats, bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect! Everything was as pictured, but so much more in person. We were able to relax while watching birds, squirrels, and butterflies outside. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and the thoughtful touches were perfect! The bathroom and bedroom were clean and fresh, the living room cozy, and the outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying some fresh air and listening to the blue jays. Levi was always one step ahead, providing everything we needed to know before I even asked. They have truly taken the time to consider everything their guests could need and want. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is a beautiful old style Florida home with polished hardwood floors, ceiling fans, light bright colors and a deep, wide covered front porch that we spent lots of time sitting out on. The breeze from the waterways kept it very comfortable into the evening! Captains Galley across the street - FAB breakfast! Many many great restaurants all around. Blue sky, sun, ocean - paradise. The Fort Pierce inlet park and pier 5 minutes away for local color. Farmers market on Saturday - a mile away (if that) with lots of crafts and foods and music! Music from across the street was of several genres and all very good and really added to the vibe. We definitely plan to return to this jewel of a location 🌴🐠🍍

David's place was wonderful. It was perfect for what we needed. He was accommodating and helpful. The house takes a while to cool off, but other than that it's just perfect. We loved it. Would definitely stay again. Great house, great host!

Absolutely perfect stay at Nicole‘s place!!! We had a different Airbnb originally and when I arrived with my babies and kids after a 3 Hour drive , it was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. so we were beyond blessed to have found Nicole last minute and she was more than accommodating to help us Within 30 minutes. She was the only host that had the same night availability her home was beautiful, clean (to mom standards, toilet seats, completely clean no dust trash or weird smell smells no random items for kids to get hurt on ) I had zero worries with my children and Nicole even had toys in a bunk room with an awesome arcade game that kept the kids occupied. as a lower income family, the kitchen was perfect to cook all our meals at without worrying to go over budget. I would definitely come back again and couldn’t recommend Nicole enough.

This place is ideal for boaters and pet loves. The room was perfect size for us and the boat dockage was great( we had a 26ft bay boat and had to utilize the provided ladders). The host was great, the pool was perfect after a day one the water, and the dog area was fenced in. Everything g was walkable and we enjoyed the music from across the way at night. We will definitely be back.

This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

This place was fantastic. Darlene was a very responsive, friendly and accommodating host. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is there, lots to do nearby including great dining options. I could sit out and watch that sunset view every night. Looking forward to making it back there some day.

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Walkable distance to the beach and multiple pools in the complex. We loved our stay!

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

This is our second time staying. We love the location and the view from the balcony! The condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for beautiful views and relaxation. Walkable distance to great food and short walk to peaceful beach!! Loved our stay and this place had all that you need! Really clean and well kept!

Get well over what you pay for. We had two children and three adults. So we maxed out the bed limitations and still felt that we had plenty of room but would also fit just a couple nicely! No detail was missed by the host. What a relief it is traveling with kids and know there is beach towels. Bandaids. Soaps and extra soft blankets! Our trip was cut short due to an injury that we had to visit the ER. Kimberly was so so helpful with recommendations and did everything she could to have us feel at home. The neighborhood has a pool, golf course out back with a lake and we even saw a baby bunny out front. The back porch has a private view away from the parking lot. AC is cold. Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are cozy. Lots of extra towel, ceiling fans for those who can’t sleep without it, mirrors with built in lights for those makeup girlys. Water filter in the fridge which helps cut back on waste. She also has someone on sight if any repairs are needed! LOVED LOVED this place!!

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
