Holiday rentals with lake access in Verde River

Tia’s house on Oak Creek was exactly what we hoped it was. The scenery around the house was great. We chose it based on the creek side experience over the red rock views experience but we glad to find out there was just enough red rock on the surrounding cliffs poking through to feel like we got both. The kids loved being close to the creek and we walked down the path frequently. The yard was very well manicured and had great amenities like the hammock, grill, fire pit table, and fireplace. The house itself was awesome, with the large windows in the family room being the hit for us. Gave us great views of the cliffs and the yard. The house had everything we needed even with kids and the washing machine came in handy. We will definitely try and stay here again when coming to Sedona. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The house was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall very pleasant experience Caleb was an attentive host and did check in several times to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated. Bed in the master is very comfortable! Great place I highly recommended.

This place was truly a gem. We used it for a girls weekend away and the layout is absolutely STUNNING. The location was so relaxing there was no need to even leave the house. The backyard was the perfect space to hang out, the couch was giant and so comfy perfect for a movie nice. The space was ADORABLE. We were so shocked by how great this place was. The owners are amazing and had such thoughtful touches throughout the house of little things that truly made you feel at home. I would recommend this place 10/10 times and rate it a 20/10 if I could! Thank you guys!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located—conveniently nestled between ASU/Tempe and central Scottsdale, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping centers, and plenty of local attractions. We especially loved spending time by the pool—it was the highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated getaway.

This house is amazing! The view of the mountain right out the back door and across the lake made for great sunrises and sunsets. My boy loved going out on the paddle boat and caught several fish during our stay. Having two living rooms let us all spread out and feel relaxed. Tanya was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Sara was the best, very accommodating and flexible to our needs. We were in town for a fishing tournament. This is a great house if you are in town for boating or fishing. The owners are very nice and they have a beautiful home. I will definitely be back with my girlfriend or family. We really enjoyed this place. Thank You Sara

Sophia was an exceptional host—communicative, kind, and very organized. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed including entertainment like 4 or 5 board and card games. She added thoughtful touches that made us feel at home, and she was always available for questions or recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area.

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! We had an absolutely amazing stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Our hosts pay so much attention to detail from the pillow menu to the fully applianced kitchen. Everything was spotless and the home has a great atmosphere. The highlight for sure was the outdoor fireplace watching the sunset. Thank you to our amazing hosts for a warm welcome, my husband and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Second time we've stayed at this location. It was a great stay, central location, and we were happy to try the bird scooters on the Riverwalk. Spencer responded quickly and was very polite and understanding regarding our questions. highly recommended for the price. The marina can be a little tricky with uber/lyft/instacart drivers so I would recommend having your pickup/drop-off point to the north of the building in the visitors parking.

This was a great place to stay and I love the spaciousness. We came to the valley to celebrate a great school year with our girls and this place was what we needed to relax, enjoy the comfy beds after a day of walking the mall, and staying cool. We will be back again someday! Thank you so much for sending a text to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rock Palace. Such a peaceful and quiet home nestled in the granite boulders. We especially loved the fire pit area!

Wonderful area, private place and house felt like home. The house was supper clean and the beds were comfortable. Megan was very friendly and responsive. Definitely would love to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this place and it came out such a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. I even stayed an extra three days. I loved it the first cabin so much.
