Your host is a busy professional (Jonathan), who is happy to provide local recommendations for dining, hiking, etc. Laundry room, outside Lounge chairs and fire pit are available for your convenience.

Sweet slumbers and good vibes await you in this fully renovated historic Carriage House from 1923. This beautiful and cozy space is flooded with natural light from 95 panes of glass. You will be soothed by luxurious bedding on a queen size Tuft and Needle mattress. The space formerly served as an artists studio. Nestled in the privacy of a well tended garden, the property was designed as a sanctuary in the heart of the city. Our neighborhood was just voted most walkable in Phoenix.

This unique wood structure house has three levels. Each level has it's own entrance, deck and living quarters (we reside on the very top). Long-term tenants live on the middle floor. It has mature pine trees and other shade trees surrounding the deck to keep it cool in the summer and beautiful during cooler months. Just three miles to Whiskey Row there is easy access to trails, hiking, kayaking, parks, restaurants, night life, colleges, museums and many more attractions in the area.

A one acre fenced lot in Strawberry View in the quaint little town of Strawberry, Arizona . 2 miles from Pine and all their shopping and dining. Access to theTonto National Forest is a short walk away. See photos for info. Plenty of wildlife hanging around, bring your family including your pet (one allowed and 2 upon approval from me). Enjoy all 4 seasons at our altitude of 6000 feet. Parking on property within the fence is plentiful. 4 wheel drive recommended for winter.
