Charming 1br upstairs apartment w/kitchen, laundry

Completely independent apartment with its own dedicated AC. The back patio over looks a beautiful garden with many types of birds to watch in the morning. The bathroom has a 12" rain head shower, with endless hot, soft water. There is a full sized washer/dryer with detergent provided, a full kitchen with a really cool induction range and countertop oven. The bedroom can be closed off with a door, the full sized bed is soft , high speed internet, all smart lights. Totally newly renovated

Scott’s place is located in a resort of abundant amenities including multiple pools, jacuzzis, recreational areas, and immaculate service. The place itself is spacious, clean, and offer just about anything you’d need. The only cons are the fact that the balcony faces the parking lot versus the majestic view of the Sedona peaks, and the adjoining suite from which neighbors can be heard. Overall, I am very happy with my stay!

Easy peasy check in! Great location. Had everything we needed. Small kitchen, but well equipped, even had a blender. Pool was great for our 2 year old. The hot tub at the end of our lot was so beautiful overlooking the red rocks! We made a dinner reservation at Dahl and Deluca, our favorite Italian restaurant in Sedona and the restaurant sent us a car since we were so close! Overall great experience!

Great small place ideal for us! Quick in and out for a few days in Sedona. Missing something to clean the dishes with and only one day for the coffee. The office on check out had a great display of Native American jewelry and pottery. Well worth the stay!

Staying here turned a quick trip to see family into an actual vacation. These units are part of a resort community and the friendly, relaxed vibe is wonderful. If you arrive after dark, turn on Pinnacle Vista Dr and you'll see a slatted pergola leading to the registration building. Our unit was up one flight of stairs on the second floor and had a huge Jacuzzi tub. Unit size/functionality and resort amenities totally surpassed my expectations. I liked the clean/uncluttered resort aesthetic, rather than having to move tchotchkes to make space to drop your purse or put your phone on the bedside table. I don't know if the actual unit changes based on availability or if it is always the same one, but Kenneth is responsive and accessible if you have any questions. Main pool and adults-only pool areas both have food/drinks and restrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - this will definitely be our first choice when we stay in Peoria again.

Comfortable clean place to spread out. Convenient parking, private unit with easy access to the 179. Walkable to shopping plaza with dinner options or to grab a cup of coffee and light breakfast at Bosa Donuts before a morning hike.

Wonderful place. A little sleepy, but that’s the point. Private, wonderful pools, just not a ton to do at hotel….but you don’t really care cause you are three minutes from downtown Sedona. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Great high rise apartment located right in downtown phoenix! Very clean and well kept. Pool was phenomenal! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Felt safe and secure. Little to no parking, but that was communicated before my arrival. I booked this trip very last minute, so I am thankful to have found this place. Would recommend!

Cody was a great host. The location is perfect in Oldtown. Everything was within walking distance. The only recommendation to future guests is to ask for more washclothes and towels if you are staying more than 1 night. The washer and dryer made it easy to clean items but there were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths for our 4 night stay so we did laundry twice. Excellent experience overall!! Highly recommend.
