Guest house holiday rentals in Verde River

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at El Chorro. The apartment was a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to. We used and appreciated the information on nearby restaurants and the guidebook to local hikes that Karah provided.

Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

What a fantastic airBnB experience! Beautiful home, just as described. Peaceful location at the end of a dead end street next to incredible rock formations. Chelsea was proactive, response, friendly etc.. all of the things you hope for in a host. Would absolutely recommend.

Had an incredible stay here! Was secluded but easy to access everything Sedona has to offer. The grounds are beautiful, we loved having our coffee out on the porch in the mornings and got to cook dinner in while we were there. Would absolutely come here again 💛

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

Christian's place was the perfect fit for our time in Sedona / the Village of Oak Creek! It felt just like a home away from home: very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Access and convenience couldn't have been better, and we loved having the garage with laundry after a day of mountain biking, as well as a huge walk-in closet. Christian struck the perfect balance between being responsive and helpful, as well as allowing us to privately enjoy our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christian's place to anyone looking for a great Sedona experience, or to book again in the future!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

Buzz has the BEST BUZZ on things to do in the Verde Valley & beyond. Sarah is quick to respond to questions & updates to your stay. The Casita itself is the PERFECT place to unwind & relax after a long day of Tourist Bustle. Private space, secluded but not out in the Boonies. Mountain Views. Close enough to local stores & restaurants to make a quick run & get back to the comfort of the Casita. Super peaceful & if you are quiet, you can watch the Quails with their babies, the Rabbits, the Thrashers & lots of adorable little lizard friends. Kitchenette had just what we needed with hot water super fast. The shower is amazing! Classy & tastefully decorated to reflect the Southwest. Super comfy bed & pillows. Though it was 104 outside the AC kept us at a steady cool temperature without any fuss. Fast internet, switches all labelled so you know what's what. Pristine clean. BRAVO you 2! Booked for October. Our new Home Away from Home! Only thing missing is a Guest Book. I bought you one.

Had a wonderful stay! Great place for couples, the hot tub was amazing after long hikes. Sedona is breathtaking and this was an amazing spot to recharge and get ready for the next adventure! Very thoughtful designs throughout! Will hopefully be coming back soon :)

We booked this bnb at the tale end of our trip. We were in town for a wedding but decided to book an extra day at a different bnb. The view is incredible. We sat in the chairs looking out at the mountain the entire time. So quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and gave us plenty of suggestions. We plan on coming back to Sedona and will be staying here again. Close to the trails and has everything you need

This house was perfect for a little getaway. Perfectly suited for two people! We loved the loft-style and the super cozy feeling. The hot tub was a great addition, as well!

Spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom (with huuuge private patio) in the heart of the Garfield neighborhood. A short walk to downtown and public transit. There are 2 yummy restaurants literally on the same block. Kyle provides detailed instructions and great recs. I’d encourage others to stay here if you want to be centrally located in an accommodating bungalow.

Clean, stylish place close to downtown! So quiet and comfortable, but convenient to get everywhere. This is a wonderful getaway - everything you need!

Theresa is a super responsive host. There is a great guidebook with all hike info and maps available to help decide which of the MANY hikes to do. Her location is south of Sedona by 10 minutes or so, but close to several hikes that no doubt would be on any list. We found the space perfect for 2 people that want their own bedroom. The guesthouse is part of a larger home and at first I thought it might feel intrusive to be on the side patio and hot tub, but we had that space to ourselves, and the hot tub at night after a day of hiking was really fabulous. Even in warmer weather, we found it to be a perfect way to wind down before bed.

The perfect spot for some much need R&R in the sweetest Sedona stay. My husband and I stayed here to wind down after a long roadtrip before we headed back to CA. We felt right at home. Cutest studio, has everything you need, and was a huge bonus to be able to do laundry. We enjoyed take-out on the porch, watched the wildlife, and soaked up the amazing view. We walked to the Stupa & Peace Park and had an all around very relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Heather is such a gracious host! I was in a wedding the day we were checking in. She allowed us to check in early, which helped in so many ways. We also ended up being walking distance from the venue which made that day so much easier (Superstition Manor). Her guesthouse has everything you could need and feels so private.

Cindy's place was more than I expected. Not only was it spotlessly clean and welcoming, the grounds were also very peaceful. It was the perfect location for me to attend my event. Comfy bed, friendly hosts and a quiet place to rest my head.

I did not travel far but wanted to stay somewhere other than my house. With two dogs, big & small, finding a nice place plus pets allowed is rare. The photos appear to be outdated cuz the place was even better in person. Surreal stay for me as it stirred up some unexpected emotions. I was fortunate to have the entire outdoor space all to myself majority of the time. Allowing the boyz🐶 to rome free. Because I live not far I had some reservations on the location, however, I was pleasantly surprised & relieved once I arrived. Their outside space has an inviting energy & the butterfly casita was super cute w/a warm homey vibe. The garden casita appeared to have a more crisp contemporary look/feel to it. (Absolutely I looked in the open blinds!) The shared space outside had more than enough places to sit & still have some privacy or come together & meet new people during one’s travels. 🍻 There is a house in front w/a private back patio if you prefer too! Everything was excellent! We used to live in the area and know that this location is best to have ready access to everything. The traffic is never bad, compared to other areas in the valley. Our dog and their dog were in love, so that was adorable and gave our pup something to enjoy each day. The homeowners were so friendly, but will give you your space if that's what you prefer. We would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again!
