This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

Carolyn's place was immaculate and so beautiful! We loved everything about it and it was perfect. Not only was it beautiful outside, it was just as beautiful inside. No complaints whatsoever. Please book her place!

Lori’s place was very clean and extremely spacious! Communication with Lori was top notch, very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and amenities within walking distance. We will be staying at this little oasis again, but next time for much longer. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved Molly's place it really was an oasis in a beautiful setting in a very peaceful area. Molly was so friendly and made the whole process from check in to leaving just so easy. Molly was also very attentive during our stay and answered our questions promptly as well as giving great recommendations and advice about places to visit in the area. The property was just as advertised, but you had to really experience the wonderful pool in person to appreciate the amazing views across the water as well as the incredible wildlife from both the pool and the secluded sun patio. Every amenity was catered for and there were plenty of beach supplies (chairs/umbrella etc) for a day at one of the local beaches. We loved North Jetty Beach, plenty to see with the boats and persons fishing off the jetty. The property is nicely located for trips further afield to Sarasota area / Siesta Keys etc. If you are looking for your own pi ece of paradise then choose Molly's place.

We loved Donna’s house! We had a great week with our two children and parents. We appreciated the high chair! The house and pictures were exactly as listed and described. The beds were comfortable. We love the location as you have many restaurants and shopping nearby, and the beach is a 5-10 minute drive. Donna is very responsive and answers always within a few minutes. Zero complaints!

Eric’s home is a beautiful themed beach home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything that a family with children needs on vacation. Plenty of pool/beach towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys and even a sifter for finding lots of shark teeth! Plenty of gorgeous beaches are within a 20 min drive. While not at beaches, the kids enjoyed the pool and all the lizards outside! Bonus was the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the beds. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Jennifer's and Josh's place is model of a 5 star experience. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. It is as if you're visiting your own home. The open floor plan connecting the kitchen and living room created great flow and the 75 inch smart TV was the icing on the cake. It's a short bike or car ride to the beach. We rode the bikes, which were provided, another great feature. The weather during our visit was cool and rainy at times so we didn't get to experience the pool or lanai. All in all, it was one of the very best Airbnbs that we've visited.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Venice, Florida! From the moment we booked, the host’s communication was top-notch they provided clear instructions and were always available to answer our questions. The property was incredibly family-friendly. The pool was a hit, and we appreciated the provided beach chairs, towels, for our beach outings.  The location was ideal just 10 minutes from beautiful beaches like Venice Beach, and close to parks such as Shamrock Park & Nature Center. We also enjoyed nearby attractions like the Venice Fishing Pier and Brohard Park .   Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This truly felt like home away from home. Very clean, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. Our 2 dogs and toddler enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The air conditioner works great! We loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the birds. We felt very safe here and Tom was very responsive. 🥰

Melinda’s place was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at, beautiful decor, had all the amenities one could need (including beach accessories), perfect location close to all the beaches/food/grocery, etc. her check in/out instructions were easy, no hiccups with anything. We had a great stay. We loved the patio and the pool area. This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The kids loved the puzzles and games. Daniel was super helpful and kind.

This is the perfect spot for a vacation! The home was welcoming, beautiful and comfortable! Every amenity we could have wanted or needed was provided - and the pool provided the perfect way to close out each night as we floated and swam as a family. We loved our stay here, and would stay again if we are in the area. There were several beaches and other things to do around the area - from 30 minutes north to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach to 20 minutes south finding shark teeth at Manasota Key Beach, to beautiful sunsets at Venice Beach, there were a variety of sights and beaches to visit. Vivian was a great host - she communicated everything ahead of time and clearly, she offered the code to get in early since the house was ready, when she found out we were celebrating my daughters graduation she went the extra mile in giving her a sweet gift.

Kate was truly the best host! This was my first time renting an Airbnb, so I was a little nervous—my girlfriend and I even thought it might be too good to be true. But from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Kate made the whole process super smooth, and the place was exactly like the photos—beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Seriously, anything we thought of, she had it! We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in or near Venice. It was amazing in every way!

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

This location is exactly as the photos show maybe even nicer! When I had a question, all girls was very prompt and responding. We were there to close on a home and by staying at this home it created a very relaxing atmosphere during a somewhat an anxious time

I booked this place for my family visiting the area. Place was very clean and stocked with essentials. Huge plus having a washer and dryer to utilize! This home is very cozy and nicely decorated. Yuri's communication was excellent as well! Shoutout to the neighbor as well that took the trash bin and recycle bin to the curb too! This home is in a great location for a beach stay as it is not far from the Nokomis public beach. Highly recommend for the price!!!

This house was perfect for our needs. It was close to the North Jetty and South Brohard. It was nice to have beach chairs already there and a sifter. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice a quiet. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would not hesitate to book this home again.

This home was just as described, beautiful, clean, all the amenities you would need plus some! Beds are super comfy and each room has extra linens if needed. Sandra is very responsive and very nice. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florida.
