Holiday rentals with beach access in Venice

Great place close to the beach and refreshing pool! Enjoyed great meals at Captain Curt’s and Mango Cafe only 10 minute walk away. 7Eleven was close by and handy for beach snacks. Beach chairs provided were much appreciated. Met nice fellow travelers while enjoying morning coffee by the pool. All new interiors had all we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

Williams place at lido key was perfect for my 7 night beach vacation. The location was absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach but also had a pool. It was a very peaceful stay. William responded within a reasonable time every time I needed to reach out. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a week stay. Close to restaurants and shops as well. Overall a beautiful place to stay if you need a peaceful beach vacation! Will be back for sure!

Very quiet area on a dead end road. Short Uber to Siesta Key or downtown Sarasota. Clean and comfortable. The bed and couch are very soft. Small, cozy space great for 1-2 people.

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

My daughter and I only stayed here for 1 night but found plenty within walking distance. There are restaurants, shops, and a 7-11 across the street. The pool and beach are a short walk around the block and down the street. The sunset on the beach was beautiful. Justin was very responsive and accommodating, as I had difficulty understanding the map and needed written instructions to the pool/beach area:)

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean and the home was well stocked with every item we needed. The host was always available and responded very quickly to our questions. This property was well worth the requested fee. We would stay here again during future visits to the area.

I can not say enough great things about our stay. Our group was a party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers. The house was so incredibly well stocked, from the kitchen to the pool, everything you could need was there. Our host was so responsive to all the questions I had. If this place is available, book it. We look forward to staying again.

Steve’s place had everything you could possibly need ! Loved having all the beach accessories and kayaks ! The place gave a fun beach but relaxing feel ! The coffee bar was key for me ! It was very clean and modern! We will definitely be back !

Kate’s place was perfect for our family of six. Our kids loved playing in the backyard and the air hockey table was a huge hit for them. The master closet was fully stocked with kid friendly items which we appreciated and used. The garage was also filled with a large selection of beach accessories for our trips to the beach which we really appreciated since we are out of town guests. The house was clean and had wonderfully furnished indoor and outdoor spaces. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Andreina's place. Loved having coffee outside every morning and watching the bunnies and other wildlife. Quick drive to the beach. Had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Andreina!

Brian was an exceptional host. The house is even better in person than expected. Absolutely beautiful accommodations, very clean and well laid out. Looking forward to stay here again on future trips.

I had a few questions at the beginning and Gregg responded promptly. The house was neat and tidy, loved the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed the wildlife I even brought my binoculars lol, The kids & I got to see a baby gator. We enjoyed the pool and the weather was great. Definitely will be back… Thank you

Ewelina's house was very nice. It was well maintained and very clean. It was nice having beach towels, chairs, and a cooler available for our use. Loved sitting out on the screened in pool deck I loved sitting out there drinking my morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet. The washer and dryer were great to have. Since we stayed almost two weeks, it came in very handy. We had problems with one of the toilets and Ewelina contacted the maintenance person promptly. Situations was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this house.

The stay was perfect. Extremely close to the beach and Mario was great with great recommendations!

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We loved our time at Mary Lou's condo - our expectations for the vacation were quickly exceed once we arrived. The porch was great for taking a break from the sun and still being able to listen to the waves, and the beach is only a few steps away! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need.

This is our second year staying here. It was wonderfully peaceful this last weekend, just like last year. The beach is less than two minutes walk from the door. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. Plenty of beach items for use in the closet. The bathroom had more than enough towels and TP. We also used the pullout couch for our children, and they were very comfortable. we hope to book again soon, thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in! So peaceful, so beautiful 😍😍 absolutely loved my stay!

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
