Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

Another great stay at this house! Love the location, very clean throughout, has everything you would need and more. We spent most of our time in covered outdoor area which has lots of seating options, the pool/hot tub is perfect! The only small issue we had was the door to the pool does not lock securely, therefore adding a safety risk if you have young children. It needs to have an added safety lock on top or something to that nature.

Super clean, quiet, comfy bed. We enjoyed the bayside pool. Nice views. Palm Bay club nice benefit as after a short walk over to the beach we enjoyed the chaises delivered and set up close to the water and hole drilled for our beach umbrella. Amazing sand is not over rated. Warm gulf waters and easy entry and exit. Breeze Trolley with their app made getting around without driving convenient . Lots of fun food and shops minutes away. This bayside spot a was a delight.

We rented the house for a family reunion of 7 people, we ended up going only 6 people. We had a great time , we spent most of the time by the pool and inside the Jacuzzi and the pool. I will suggest to the Host to a couple of Lights or Flood lights in the back patio by the pool area. If you want to cook a BBB, you have to do it before it gets dark, the only light is the one inside the pool.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. Cindy was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend

Our stay was amazing, Ven was a great host, unfortunately there are always minor issue that come about when staying in properties but their communication was so great it over shadowed all of our concerns! Thank you for the stay!

This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and our baby girl. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time, which isn’t guaranteed but was great. Weather was perfect. The beach is so close and so nice. The area has beautiful, large homes, which made for nice scenery when we walked. I really liked the location of this place vs the north end of Siesta Key. It was less crowded and very easy to navigate places. Dave, the property manager, was amazing. He was very informative, friendly, responsive, and helpful.

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

Maggie’s place is perfect!! So convenient to everything you need!! Everything in house that you would need and also everything you need to go to the beach!!! Maggie is very fast to responding to any questions you have!! 5 star for sure!!

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

I would definitely stay here again and again. We were delighted. Everything was very clean. The house is beautiful and very cozy. We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

Great place, we enjoyed the house so much, my wife and I really enjoyed it but our 15 yr old dog got a post vacation depression after being at this house. He was so happy and so were we. Great location, the house has everything you need to disconnect and enjoy few days by the pool. Andrew is a very quick responsive host. Perfect place, perfect days!

We had 3 adult dads and 3 teenage sons stay for 5 nights to compete at the US Rowing Youth Nationals at Nathan Benderson Park and the house was perfect. Yvonne was very attentive to our last minute booking. Bedrooms were perfect for the amount of people, kitchen was well stocked to handle 6 people plus more. We grilled out one night and the propane grill was perfect. We hit the pool once and was the perfect size. Bathrooms were very clean and neighborhood was quiet at night. House was in close proximity to the park as well as other restaurants so worked out for the back and forth daily driving that we did. Highly recommend Yvonne’s home for future groups/families

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Stayed 4 nights at Lisa and Roberts place. Home was clean and had all necessary amenities plus bonus things like spices, cooking oils/sprays and coffee. Not to mention the beach items like ice chest, chairs and umbrellas. We did not utilize, but there were also kayaks and bikes in the garage. Hosts were quick to respond and were always friendly. For example, when we arrived the lockbox was missing and there was no key, but we were still able to enter using the provided garage door code. Within about 20 minutes after notifying them about the lockbox, Robert arrived to replace it. By then we had found the key sitting in a bowl at the kitchen desk, so we were able to place the key in the lockbox upon check out. A/C was nice and cool, hot tub and showers were nice and warm, pool was refreshing. So happy for the screened in Lanai to keep the bugs out of the pool area. The neighborhood and very quiet. Marko’s family home was beautiful, charming, and spotlessly clean. The home is perfectly located, walkable to beautiful beaches and great restaurants and shops, including the market. Marko was extremely hospitable, ensured we were all set and gave wonderful recommendations. We loved this place and will be back again next year. Thank you!

We were very relaxed at this home because it felt like home. Home was completely and fully stocked with everything you needed. We even used items in the garage during our stay ( lawn chairs, floating devices and there were even fishing poles if we wanted to use). The HVAC and hot water tank looked new and the washer and dryer was great. In the event we ever travel in that area again I will definitely be staying at this home if it is available. For myself and my family Thanks Troy for making our stay easy and great!

The house was really great as were the hostesses. There were a few things like the air having to be set to 73 and no lower that seemed a bit odd for a summer day in Florida, but there were a ton of ceiling fans that helped keep things cool. The back yard and pool were a perfect little escape and it was a quick uber ride to some nice restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to the beach/water this may not be what you are looking for but Siesta Key is still less than a 20 minute car ride. Overall I would definitely stay with this group again. Instructions were clear and responsiveness/attentiveness was on point!

I enjoyed my stay. David is very responsive and gives detailed instructions on how to get into the house. The area is convenient, the neighborhood is peaceful, and the unit is clean. I recommend booking this place!

The stay was amazing. The house is amazing, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very reactive and helpfull. The pool is huge with a breath taking lake view. We enjoyed our stay and it was the best Abnb we stayed at in the area in the last 3 years. Absolutely recommended.

This will be my favorite. Definitely looking to be book again . Deserves more the 5 stars
