Beach house holiday rentals in Venice

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

If I could give this home 10 stars, I would! This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever returned to, and we’re already planning our next stay for our family of four. The home instantly feels welcoming: fresh flowers, snacks on the counter, even a fridge stocked with cold drinks.. little touches that make you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s house and not a rental. Janine is a wonderfully responsive and thoughtful host. The home is spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the things you might forget to pack (sunblock, toiletries, even slippers). The towels are plush and plentiful, there are extra linens and blankets, and the beds are incredibly comfortable; we slept so well after our days at the beach! Most importantly, you truly can’t beat having a beautiful, quiet beach right in your own backyard. This house is a gem.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

The location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to two good restaurants and an ice cream shop. Very close drive to the beach, just over the bridge. Pool was amazing for the kids. Would highly recommend for a vacation with kids.

Greg was a great host. Flexible in allowing for our early arrival, and quick to respond! His home is lovely. We had a relaxing time.

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

Great House and host. It was very nicely decorated and clean on the inside. It was a great space to gather three generations of family. Fantastic location near Manasota beach. Easy walk to the beach whenever you wanted to go.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb home. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Although the pool was small, it was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The heater was always on, making it a lovely spot to unwind. What really impressed us was the safety feature around the pool - a secure gate that prevented our toddler and dog from accessing the pool unsupervised. This gave us huge peace of mind. One of the rooms had a clever setup with two twin beds, and one of them had a convenient slide-on feature that allowed it to convert into a king-sized bed. It was super easy to assemble and worked perfectly for us. The house had everything we needed, and its location just nine minutes from the beach was ideal. We enjoyed collecting shark teeth and spending quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend, and I'd highly recommend this home to others, especially those with young children or pets.

This was our second year staying at Dale and Louise's property. Always exceeds our expectations. Clean, tidy, -- perfect for 4 people! or more! The pool is amazing! We'll be back next year!

Jon was an amazing host who was very responsive to all of our questions. The home was exactly as described with a glistening pool, gorgeous pest-free lanai, and wonderful home layout. The home was beautifully decorated and had many convenient features. We loved that there were numerous hooks in both bathrooms for towels and a towel rack outside to dry swim suits and towels. We brought our bikes and thoroughly enjoyed biking from the rental to the trails available at close by Shamrock Park. The beaches were only 12 minutes away by car and accessible by bike also. We would rent this home again in the future!

The house was one of my favorite stays using Airbnb! The enclosed pool was a relaxing place in the morning and evening! We were also close to the beach! The house was well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend this Airbnb! Any questions we had were addressed immediately! We returned home with good memories!

Awesome Florida getaway!!! The pool is absolutely amazing and clean. Mike was awesome, he gave us a lot of insight on the area. Within 10 minutes to the beach, great restaurants and historical downtown. The house is super clean, updated kitchen, grill and pizza oven. I would highly recommend the stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean and had everything you would need for the beach, which was huge for us since we flew down. It had an umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach towels, even sifters for shark teeth. Ben was always super quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside I would say is the neighborhood could be a little noisy at times with motorcycles, they were also resurfacing the neighborhood the week we were there which added to the noise but nothing bad against the house itself. Highly recommended staying here for exploring the Venice area and surrounding beaches!!

We are returned guests. The house is amazing. The pool is lovely. It’s close to area where we like to go and she was very responsive to all of our questions.

My family and I are extremely happy with our stay. This is definitely a hidden gem that I feel everybody needs to experience. I am super happy and will continuously recommend this location to anybody who is going down to the Port Charlotte location. The games for the kids the amenities that were available not really needing to have to go out anywhere in order to get anything. It was a luxury Airbnb experience.

I’ve stayed at many rentals over the years, and have been a prior owner of one… William and Terri’s home was EXCEPTIONAL. Very clean, well appointed, the owners thought of everything. Rode bikes to the Venetian waterway, walked to Manasota Key beach, enjoyed the pool. We hope to return!

Jason’s property was everything and more. Felt right at home and had a great stay. Even when something outside of their hands occurred with the property they helped resolve it within minutes. Highly recommend and would stay again in future.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the turtles nest. It is in a peaceful community and has a wonderful pool area. It’s was comfortable and accommodating for the six of us . The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights . We loved visiting the many beaches that are not very far away. The Shamrock Park was nice to walk to and around . Kindra was very informative and had directions and expectations laid out. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Steve’s place had everything you could possibly need ! Loved having all the beach accessories and kayaks ! The place gave a fun beach but relaxing feel ! The coffee bar was key for me ! It was very clean and modern! We will definitely be back !

Loved staying in this cute two bedroom. It was quiet but close to the beach and downtown Venice. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could need for cooking and they had pretty much anything you could need for the beach as well.

LITERALLY the BEST stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed at ! - from sunblock, aloe, towels, cleaning products, kitchen utensils , spices and gadgets, BBQ essentials etc This place also had the most comfortable recliners and soft comfortable couches. The master bath and bedroom was spacious . The queen flexible positioning bed frame with massage mattress was a winner. The whole house design was well planned. Definitely worth the price. Splurge and book it! The host was absolutely responsive and initiated well visit check ins to make sure everything was perfect!

First and foremost, Nick and Brenda were great hosts that were responsive and helpful during my stay. Their place was beautiful and was also conveniently located close to the beach and town. I can’t thank them enough for being such great and flexible hosts.

great host all the way around. was able to rent this location hours after the power was turned on after the hurricane had passed through. they had already cleaned up the yard and everything was just as it should be. couldn't have been happier. thank you
