Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Venetian Lagoon

sehr freundlich. flexibler check in was sehr gut war. Übernachtung für paar Tage für den Preis ist super. Leider aufgrund der Hauptstraße ist es relativ laut nachts. Für mich war das noch in Ordnung aber für die Familie etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt und hatte alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Ich kann die Wohnung aufjedenfall empfehlen wer nur für paar Tage ne Wohnung sucht.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

Lucia makes you feel at home right away. And what a place to call home. The area is an absolute delight - away from the noise but close to everything you could want. The apartment itself is nice and the amenities are absolutely exceptional. She has stocked up generously on absolutely everything you could need - from chargers, sunscreen, towels, fruits and food. Furthermore the bed is unassuming but comfortable - your back will not be hurting. I wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis in Venice and give my sincerest praise to Lucia for exceptional hosting.

We had an amazing stay at Fabio and Chiara’s home! They were there to welcome us after a long flight and went above and beyond to help us with anything throughout our 2-week stay. The home was spacious with cozy, comfortable areas for every activity - a reading nook, a work area, two TV/lounge areas. We felt right at home. There’s also a shared garden with a table under large shady trees where you can eat at, enjoy the nature around you, or watch the garden cat, Mimmetta, chase after flying insects :) We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

Un séjour super. Barbara est une hôte superbe, réactif et à l'écoute. Le logement est bien équipé et comme sur les photos. Il est bien situé, commerce et restaurants a côté. Proche de Venise acces facile en bus ou voiture pour aller au Vaporetto. Le plus Barbara nous a offert une balade en vélo au bord de la Lagune, un moment très agréable. je recommande.

Loved Andrea’s apartment ! Just as described. She was very responsive. There was more than enough space to accommodate 6 of us. Lots of sunlight that we barely needed light. You can see the St Mark's Campanile from the apartment. We were able to drop off our luggage at 1pm which is a huge plus and explored city before coming back at 4pm. Only downside is the apartment is on top floor and stairs aren’t super wide so dragging our luggage was a bit tough. Also another obstacle I encountered was being able to lit the front two stove burner; but didn’t have an issue with the back burners. Felt like home. Would definitely stay at Andrea’s place again when we come back.

Great place to stay! It was our first time in Venice and it was a great location to walk to everything without being in the busy parts. Lovely terrace to enjoy a glass of wine and everything was cleaned and taken care of! Very responsive host and check in guide

The location of the apartment was really good. The layout of the apartment is a bit strange but overall it's a nice place

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Rigtig flot og stor lejlighed, som lå meget centralt. Virkelig en hyggelig placering, hvor man kan se kanalerne lige ude foran vinduerne. Det var lidt svært at finde derhen, men vi fik talt med Carlos i telefon da vi var ankommet som guides os det rigtige sted hen. Vi er ovenud tilfredse og kan klart anbefales det.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem bezaubernden Apartment am Lido. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz Nahe zur Vaporetto-Station und viele Restaurants und Cafés, zugleich ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Wir lieben den kleinen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento molto bello e curato nei particolari, avendo fatto solo due notti è stato perfetto, con più giorni di permanenza consiglierei un armadio per non dover usare le cassettiere, ma siamo davvero ai dettagli, perché ha davvero tutto ciò che serve e di buona qualità

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Casa pulita e con posteggio privato. L’host è stato molto gentile e reattivo. Si è rivelato estremamente disponibile anche nei confronti di un disguido causato da noi. 😊

We - 4 women - just returned from a 5-night stay here. We loved it. We each had a bedroom of our own, and there was a large living room with a sunny balcony. There was also a balcony off the kitchen, which was very well-equipped. The apartment was spotless and there were plenty of towels, etc. Basically, they had thought of everything we might need. The hosts, Maria and her son, who speaks English, were extremely helpful. They live in the same building but are very unobtrusive, while being available if we needed them. The apartment has its own entrance. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme avec notre enfant. Le premier étage est conçu comme un appartement bien équipé avec un accès sur une terrasse et un jardin coquet. La localisation sur l'île du Lido est idéale : un quartier calme, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du vaporetto pour rejoindre Venise, avec de bons restaurants accessibles à proximité et la plage à 15 minutes à pieds. Un grand merci à Carla et son époux pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs précieux conseils tout au long du séjour. Nous avons apprécié leur réactivité et leur bienveillance. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse paisible et recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter !

The apartment is amazing, exactly as shown in the photos! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly attentive and understanding, especially when I made a mistake. I truly appreciated their kindness and communication. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise dans l’appartement de Jessica. L’appartement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Jessica a été une hôte exceptionnelle, à la fois réactive, bienveillante et pleine de bons conseils qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Grâce à elle, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable.
