Holiday rentals with breakfast in Venetian Lagoon

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, hervorragend eingerichtet und perfekt vorbereitet. Sogar einen Kuchen hatte sie für uns gebacken, im Kühlschrank warteten Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt auf uns. Etwas besonderes ist der große , gepflegte Garten mit unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Stefania war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Besser geht es nicht. 100%ige Empfehlung.

Calda accoglienza, disponibilità, semplicità nel comunicare, tutto il necessario in casa con un sacco di asciugamani puliti. Non posso che raccomandare l'alloggio del signor Antonio!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

La posizione è perfetta: centralissima e a pochi passi da tutto. L’appartamento è silenzioso e tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare. Linda è stata gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutto il necessario. Fantastico anche avere a disposizione le bici!! Ci torneremo volentieri

This was a lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood, but with a bus stop 3 minutes away which took you into the Old Town in around 10 minutes. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great coffee machine. I didn’t get a chance to use the front terrace due to rainy weather but I am sure it would be a great place to relax.

I haaf a really great time at Giusseppe’s place, it was super easy to find / park, the check in was extremly easy he asked me in advance when will I arrive and was spot on. The place is quiet and the appartment is well equiped you can wash as well. He also prepared a tiny breakfast but there is a grocery in about 5 min drive so starving is impossible😉 . Also worth to mention thst he was always helpfull whenewer I had a question / request. So I can highly recommend his place and service!

Bel appartement, très bien situé, propre et doté de toutes utilités. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le style de l’appartement (assez grand pour ma famille de 4 personnes dont 2 ados), l’ouverture vers l’eau qui me permettait de savourer tous les matins le café avec un paysage unique. Nous prenions un deuxième café (le temps que les ados se reposent un peu plus ) au Majer (rue Garibaldi , à 5 min à pied), que Nicholas nous a conseillé. Ainsi nous pouvions apporter d’excellentes choses aux enfants pour le petit déjeuner. Nous pouvions ensuite commencer nos périples à Venise. Nicholas a été très réactif à chaque question (et j’en ai eu pas mal 😃) . Il nous a donné de super conseils. J’ai bcp apprécié aussi la musique de Nicholas qui a bercé tous les moments passés dans l’appartement . Tout est près (magasins , cafés, restaurants, objectifs touristiques). Enfin, nous avons passé un super séjour dans une excellente ambiance. Je reviendrai avec plaisir . Merci Nicholas !

It was our pleasure to stay at Silvana's place. The apartment is clean and located in quiet area, really near PadovaFiere where we worked during our stay. The communication with host Mrs. Silvana is smooth, she is prompt to answer any questions. Highly recommended

Giuliana è un host fantastico. Nonostante il nostro ritardo all'arrivo ci ha atteso e fornito tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno. inoltre ci ha permesso di restare diverse ore in più in sede. massima cura dei dettagli, super curato e pulitissimo.

We spent three nights at this magical place and it was the most delightful experience in four weeks worth of very fine Airbns as we traveled through Europe. Lucia is the most wonderful host--she met us at the train station, showed us everything to know about the neighborhood, where to eat, how to get around, and then welcomed us into a home that will always personify for me the beauty, grace and depth of culture of Venezia. The home is like an art gallery, and the furnishings and lay-out of the place are perfect, with a lovely sitting room and balcony, beautifully appointed bedroom, and a spacious kitchen with everything one could need for a morning coffee or afternoon tea. Lucia's hospitality is lavish--she gave my partner a gift when we got there, but far more than that was the access to a limitless range of beauty products. My partner, who really knows about these things, was delighted and amazed. For me, as a poet visiting the lyrical city of Venice, it was the perfect setting.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Patrizia met me on arrival to the apartment and she was friendly and super helpful. She even gave me information on Venice, Verona and Padova for me to use when exploring! The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious and felt safe.

Elides gepflegte Unterkunft kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Zimmer ist mit einem komfortablen Bett ausgestattet und ein blitzsauberes Bad gehört dazu. Morgens darf man sich auf ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück freuen. Braucht man Erholung von den Eindrücken des Tages, kann man sich hier erholen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Une maison très agréable et paisible, ou chacun profite et respecte l’espace de chacun. Tout en étant discret Franco&Davide répondent présent si vous avez le moindre besoin. En tant que femme voyageant seule je me suis sentie totalement à l'aise chez Ana Paola. Elle et ses fils sont très accueillants et rassurants. La chambre et la salle de bain sont agréables et le logement se trouve à côté d'une station de bus qui mène directement à Venise. Je reviendrai avec plaisir chez Ana Paola et je ne peux que la conseiller !

Stijlvol en kunstzinnig ingericht. Veel comfort op een beperkte oppervlakte. De ligging naast het kanaal gaf ons al onmiddellijk een Venetiaans gevoel. Deugddoende airco die voor de nodige verkoeling zorgde. Een lekker ontbijtje op de kamer. De service van het verblijf om zowel vooraf als achteraf je bagage in de inkomhal achter te laten.

Die Unterkunft von Alessandro ist in perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein privates Bad und war schön sauber. Die Küche ist nicht geeignet zum kochen aber für ein kurzes Aufenthalt schon in Ordnung. Es gab Snacks, Kaffee und Milch zum Frühstück inklusiv :) Alessandro war sehr pünktlich, freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La Signora Stefania è un host eccezionale, disponibile, cortese, molto simpatica. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di sei anni e anche con la bambina è stata super gentile. il letto matrimoniale è di dimensioni generose e abbiamo potuto dormire comodamente con la bimba nel lettone. pulizia impeccabile e colazione perfetta. super consigliato ❤️

Natalia was very helpful and responsive end gave us many recommendations and support on how to get into Venice via bus and local resturants. We overall had a great experience. The property was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. Natalia allowed us to keep our car parked for the day even after we checked out so that we could enjoy our day out. She also kept our baggage safe until we came to pick up the car which was extremely helpful.

Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und eine tolle Unterkunft. Unss hat es an nichts gefehlt . Wenn wir irgendwann nochmal in der Gegend sein werden dann kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.
