Wonderful place with a great view over Nice! The accommodation has everything you need to feel very comfortable, especially the separate kitchen in the garden is great. Would definitely go again!

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We had the most magical stay at Sonja’s breathtaking property! Sonja is an incredible host and also an extremely talented architect/designer! She is a real pro! Kind and wonderful to speak with! Sonja and the property completely blew us away! As beautiful as the photos are, Sonja’s place is even more specific in person! Everything works together perfectly- location, setting, design, furnishings, fabrics, and even the curated scents! No detail has been overlooked. We highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to be in the area! Le Plan de la Tour is a very special town! And is the perfect launching pad to see many beautiful towns and villages in the area! THANK YOU SONJA!!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Manon’s place in Eze. The apartment was more than spacious, spotless, and had absolutely stunning views. We rented a car to get around, which made exploring the South of France really easy. Manon was a kind and responsive host, and her local tips were very helpful. We’d gladly stay again!

This place is absolutely the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Gorgeous, peaceful, serine garden, with multiple places to sit and relax. We enjoyed the pool and all the amenities this wonderful place had to offer. It has everything to make your stay comfortable, including the most comply beds. We were a family of four and we had so much room to enjoy our own spaces. Private and away from the hustle of Canne, but walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores and only 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea. Julian was a super host! Can’t wait to come back.

This is a truly stunning house in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view! We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here and will definitely return. The most notable thing about the house is the breathtaking view from the multiple terraces - you could spend all day admiring the the view over the bay of Beaulieu and over to Cap Ferrat at sunrise, during the day, at sunset and at night! The house itself is also beautiful, with painted walls and ceilings, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms (with an especially grand master bedroom suite, bathroom and sitting room on the top floor), a large and well equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and another sitting room downstairs. The pool was still chilly in May but welcoming to anyone who likes a cold dip. And Jinil was very helpful and responsive. It is a steep walk down to the town of Beaulieu - lots of steps - so maybe not suitable for everyone. But it is easy to drive into town or call an Uber, or walk down and take a taxi back.

This is the place to stay if you love France!

We had a great time in this pleasant home in all respects as described and ideally located for discovering the charming surrounding villages. I recommend it.

Perfect stay for 6 people and dogs. Close to Nice/Monaco/Cannes/Grasse/Valbonne. Host was quick to respond to minor complaints. Umbrella and vacuum cleaner was broken, new ones brought next day! Good service and friendly. Wonderful garden and swimming pool. Air conditioning was also very welcome with high temperatures during our stay!

The villa was lovely for a family get away. We even had a chicken that we called Basil come into the garden and there was also a cute cat that we saw. We did not name the cat. Julien was excellent at promptly responding to all of our questions and the location is beautiful.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

This beautiful home in Tourrettes-sur-Loup was a wonderful place to stay. I visited with six other adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy privacy and comfort. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to use the pool, it created a serene and picturesque backyard, framed by a tall privacy hedge that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is a bit of a distance from the airport, and with only one rental car, Uber rides to and from Old Nice were somewhat pricey—but that was really the only downside. I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings, the sense of safety, and the overall charm of this well-built, elegant chateau. A relaxing and memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

The place is on a very good location. Parking spaces are right outside the door. The pool is large and deep for relaxing times. The garden is completely fenced. Nicole is very dog-friendly. I was at a multi-day wedding and she even looked after my dog. The door to the garden was open day and night, the house is so peaceful and safe. I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thank you Nicole for your help. You deserve 10 stars, not 5 😀👍

The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The pool is pleasant. Games like ping pong and foosball are available and of good quality. The house is very nice, in a peaceful residence. And Smart Family was very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful house in a quiet and peaceful location with outstanding views. Everything you need is available. The pool is a lovely addition to help keep cool in the hot summer sun. Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Saint Paul de Vence all under 1 hours drive. Julie is a very accommodating and attentive host, she checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok and even left us some welcome gifts of wine and snacks. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great week at Ivan’s Villa, the location was great only 20 mins drive from Nice and the villa was beautiful with amazing views. We will be back! James

The place is beautiful and matches the photos. It has a very nice view of everything St Paul and the spaces are comfortable and very enjoyable. It is in a very quiet and quiet area. The house is well equipped to take advantage of and be with your family. However, I consider that to be a luxury category, some basic things were missing (toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap). Other than that, everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you very much :)

Wonderfull place and a great host

Welcome change. Charming and comfortable accommodation. Beautiful landscape. Quiet and intimate environment. Beautiful, clean and safe pool. Very well equipped kitchen. We had a bed for our 2-year-old daughter and some very popular little books! Very beautiful village nearby. Many shops very close by car. Mosquitoes are the only unwanted guests of the stay but we bought a repellent to plug in the room and we had no more problems with them afterwards! So to be expected for the stay, especially to protect a young child.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Smooth check-in & check-out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
