Holiday rentals with beach access in Vence

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. Jean-Marc’s apartment in Nice is unbeatable. My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in his home as part of our trip and it was truly incredible. The home is so close to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars, and generally walkable. Public transportation is easy to access and ubering was also super convenient. It would be a pleasure to be able to stay in this home again.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

Fredrik & Tess' spot is truly magical - just book it!! The view when we first arrived was breathtaking, and our entire stay felt so special there that we didn't want to leave. We had everything we needed and appreciated all of the little extras like the milk frother for morning lattes and croissants on the balcony, the Sonos speaker for music, and detergent pods to run a few loads of laundry. Fredrik was so responsive right from the beginning and made some wonderful recommendations for local bakeries, restaurants and more. A grocery store is a walk away (but be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs!). We had a small issue when the Internet stopped working, but Frederik really went above and beyond to try to help us. The apartment was decorated beautifully, and the apartment and its surroundings felt very safe and quiet. We spent many evenings sipping wine on the balcony planning our return to this charming spot. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great place to stay! I stayed for about 5 days on my Honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The balcony overlooks the Mediterranean and Promenade des Anglais. You’re right next to several beach clubs, convenience stores, and too many restaurants to count. You’re a very leisurely 10-15 minute walk to Old Nice and we often walked down the Promenade des Anglais before cutting over into Old Nice. Leo & Romain were very responsive and communicative, we even FaceTimed via Whats - App on one day when I was having issues connecting to the WiFi. (Pro tip for my fellow Americans: download the French keyboard on your IPhone and enter the password using THAT keyboard, not your standard American keyboard) In summary, the trip was excellent and we couldn’t have been in a better spot to explore all that Nice has to offer. If you’re looking to walk around the city, pop into shops and cafes, all while enjoying the French culture, don’t hesitate to book this ABnB!

Nice apartment with amazing view and terrace. Perfwc4 for families. It is more comfortable if you have a car bevaise it is not in the city center.

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Villefranche at Conor’s home. The apartment is conveniently located near a bakery, fruit store, and pharmacy making it easy to gather food for breakfast on the balcony. The nearby bus makes for a quick commute to Nice, while the Villefranche harbor and restaurants are a short walk away.

First of all, if you have never been to Antibes - go! If you are in Antibes stay and Sebastien and Chloe’s place! This was exactly the place I wanted and needed when I planned my trip. The views!! The peace and calm of sitting on your balcony and looking over the water, the sunsets, the sunrises, all of it truly spectacular. Both Chloe and Sebastian were wonderful. Chloe met me personally to check me in, and when there was a minor hiccup (not due to anything on their part), they jumped into action, communicated throughout and had everything good as new within a few hours. There is nothing more for me to say, but go to Antibes and stay at this place! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
