My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

Beautiful stay in the lap of nature! This place offers a peaceful escape from the noise and chaos of everyday life. One of the highlights was the beautiful open-air jacuzzi with stunning valley views—soaking in the warm water while watching the sunrise or sunset was an unforgettable experience. Mobile network is quite limited here; only Jio works in certain spots, and even then, you might have to search for a signal. A Jio dongle is provided, though it didn’t work during our visit. If you're coming from Pune, we highly recommend taking the Nasrapur route instead of the Sinhagad–Velhe road, as the ghat section is in poor shape. For directions, searching “Guhini” on Google Maps worked best for us. Caretaker Rambhau was incredibly welcoming and served delicious, homely meals. He took excellent care of us throughout the stay. Though there were a few power cuts, they didn't bother us at all. Perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and relax amidst nature!

I recently had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends. The property was peaceful, well-managed, and clean. The rooms were spacious, and the food was amazing! I highly recommend this wonderful place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

one of the most serene views of Panshet dam backwaters. Surrounded by mountains... lush green as we went after some rain in first week of June... super windy... amazing garden outside property... very quiet at night... no WiFi, range only to Jio... at some spots in living room... last mile approch road was a bit challenging... very steep rough terrain with small rocks on the road.... better to go with 4*4 powerful car... all 3 Rooms are spacious and one on each floor... each one has valley view... we missed sunset as it was very cloudy Caretaker Sanket and his family were good people and food was very tasty especially wada pav and onion pakoda Pohe were a bit dry, tea was good veg, chicken thalis were generous In portion overall.... money well spent... worth visiting
