Holiday rentals with a patio in Valley Stream

Nice apartment in a Spanish speaking area in New Jersey. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. It was a 23 min bus ride to get to New York City. The bus was a little unpredictable when it comes to timing, but was close by and easy to find. We had a good time.

Extremely satisfied with mine and my families stay! Great location. Cozy feel. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I must say this experience was great! From the moment I stepped through the door, the aroma upon entering smell so good & the appearance was beautiful. Parking accessibility is good and he provided all necessities that you would need in the home. I would highly recommend this airbnb and I intend to stay here again in the near future. Nice accommodation, good connection to Manhatten and had everything you need for a short stay. Nestor was a great host, friendly good communication.

Kimberly has been a lovely host. With a smooth check-in, thorough instructions, all the amenities that are mentioned, and is a spotless place that looked untouched; our stay has been incredible. The hostess has been very proactive and responsive. Our concerns that extended beyond our stay were still aided well by Kimberly and we appreciate them for providing such a beautiful place that felt like home.

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Vlad was an amazing host, he was responsive and helpful with any questions we had! The space was also perfect!! It was super clean with plenty of extra towels and bedsheets available. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, there was plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

My family stayed at Renee's property while we were in town for my nephew's college graduation. The space was very clean and just what we needed for our group. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate, so we weren't able to take advantage of the lovely outdoor space as much as we'd hoped to, but we snuck in one lounge in the hot tub to wind down from all of the family get-togethers. We had an issue with the WiFi, but Renee was quick to send the property manager over to handle it. He was very pleasant and has the issue solved for us with minimal interruption. I would definitely recommend the property!

Wonderful place to stay. When the coffee maker broke Clover was the next with a replacement. I recommend this place. Is a wonderful place for families

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

We were in town (Queens) for a little friend/family reunion and needed a place to stay the night. I stayed with my family (wife, 4year old and 2 year old) and another family of three. We had plenty of space, it was clean, and was very easy to park/check in. We were in and out but the pictures and description matched perfectly. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting the area in the future.

Tremendous value and a better host. Nick was prompt, polite, and prepared. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in direct proximity to the home. Short ride share trip to the LIRR which provides easy access to Penn or Central. Would be grateful to stay here again, especially at the price point extended.

My siblings and I had the best time at Cozy Escape. The place was very clean and well put together. The size was perfect for our party of 6. Location was a plus. This is an amazing place and needs to be enjoyed by more people. The communication was perfect and everything we could need was supply by the host already. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Amal's place was absolutely brilliant!!! It was very clean, all the amenities were spot on. I have stayed in Airbnb & hotels in my travels, but this was by far the best place my family and I have stayed so far and it will be hard for any place to beat this. Anytime We are coming back to the area, I will definitely check first if it's available because we would love to come back. Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Faisal’s place was not only immaculate but even more beautiful in person than the pictures (and the pictures were already giving). Everything was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were more than enough for our group-everyone had space, and even the couch was cozy enough to knock out on. Faisal was a gem. Super responsive, kind, and really accommodating. You could tell he actually cares about his guests having a good experience. His check-in instructions were crystal clear- no confusion, no stress. We genuinely had no complaints…just a quick heads-up that there are quite a few stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind for folks with mobility concerns. But honestly, that was the only thing. Everything else was peaceful, beautifully kept, and exactly what we needed for our little getaway. If we get the chance, we’d 100% stay here again. Thank you, Faisal, for helping make our trip that much more special!

Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

Great property! David was prompt in responding and helped us get familiar with the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning trips to New York or New Jersey.

If you want to enjoy all that NYC has to offer but want to have safe, peaceful downtime in between all of that excitement, this is your place. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a nice living and kitchen allow you to relax and get away from the rush. Very peaceful residential street with easy in and out via a secured lobby. Subway is close also. Great place to unwind after a day/evening in the city!

The location is amazing. There is a subway station within walking distance that makes getting around the city very easy. The neighborhood is safe and the locals were friendly. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as a laundrymat if needed. We had a small leak during our stay and Annie had someone there to repair the leak as well as extra towels before we made it home for the evening. Highly recommend for a family to stay here!

We stayed for a week in May and had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Laurie was very responsive and answered all of our questions to make the stay more enjoyable. The condo is within walking distance of most things in Hoboken and very convenient to the Hoboken train station for going into NYC. Overall a great stay!
