Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vallauris

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Wonderful hosts, very attentive to the smallest requests. My baby was 5 months old and they provided him with a high chair and a bath. And all the trains were to become famous among the commanders of the festival. The bus from the east will take you in 2 minutes from the house that belongs to you. The daily trains to the film festival are wonderful. I hope to return again

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement idéalement situé tout près de la Promenade des Anglais et à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Cécilia a facilité notre arrivée en nous permettant d’accéder à l’appartement plus tôt. Le logement est assez grand et confortable pour 2 personnes. Le balcon est petit et plutôt décoratif, une seule personne peut s’y asseoir. Pour ce qui est des commodités, c’est assez minimaliste. J’ai été surprise d’avoir à acheter le savon à lessive, croyant que celui-ci était inclus. De plus, il ne restait qu’un fond de liquide à vaisselle. L’immeuble est très tranquille et les environs aussi sauf quelques incidents par des gens dans la rue qui ont fait du tapage nous réveillant en pleine nuit. Mais j’imagine que ce sont des événements isolés. C’est un beau quartier, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.Nous aurions bien aimé rencontrer notre hôte Cécilia mais l’arrivée-départ autonome empêche le contact personnalisé. À recommander.

We had a pleasant stay. The flat was spacious and functional . We had no issues with noise, and the balcony was nice to have coffee in the morning . There was a bakery close by that we bought croissants each day . It was the perfect size and glad we chose this location . The host responded very promptly . Also closing distant to metro , and easy walk to the beach

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

Tolle saubere Wohnung, ideale Lage (5 Minuten zur Croissette). Alle Utensilien zur Eigenverpflegung vorhanden. Alles in Allem Top!!!

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Super appartement, très bien placé, décoré avec goût. Idéal pour notre petite famille de 4 personnes. Le balcon et la place de parking privée sont un vrai plus ! Anne est très sympathique et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésiter et reviendrai avec plaisir une semaine de beau temps 🙂

Bottom line: stay here. Patricia is the loveliest person; it was a pleasure to be hosted by her. Her attention to detail and clear joy in creating a wonderful experience for her guests is evident from the beginning of your stay. Look no further for a place to stay while in Nice; this place has it all from its charming location to access to everything you would want to do in the area. Patrica is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. The house was very homey and comfortable the projector was very fun for me and my family the two dishwashers was also very helpful for my large family. The property management team was also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They even provided stamps for my family. It was overall a very good stay and a very comfortable experience.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

We had the most magical stay at Sonja’s breathtaking property! Sonja is an incredible host and also an extremely talented architect/designer! She is a real pro! Kind and wonderful to speak with! Sonja and the property completely blew us away! As beautiful as the photos are, Sonja’s place is even more specific in person! Everything works together perfectly- location, setting, design, furnishings, fabrics, and even the curated scents! No detail has been overlooked. We highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to be in the area! Le Plan de la Tour is a very special town! And is the perfect launching pad to see many beautiful towns and villages in the area! THANK YOU SONJA!!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Our time at the villa in Les Issambres was peaceful and relaxing. We spent time outside and often prepared our own meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The open design really highlighted the gorgeous view and provided an atmosphere of spaciousness. And the pool was a daily treat. Laura, our local host provided prompt and responsive service -from helping us book massages to making an extra trip when we needed more toilet paper.

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much
