We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s well-equipped, quiet, and offers a stunning view. Every room has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The private garage - with an electric door - easily accommodated our Kia Sportage. A lovely bonus was the bakery located right below the building, offering fresh pastries, croissants, cakes, and sandwiches. Cyrielle was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

I traveled with a 3-year-old, and it was perfect for a family of three. It's a little over 10 minutes by car to the beach of Cannes, and the host couple is very friendly and gives a lot of explanations. There were a lot of toys for kids, so I was very satisfied. I recommend this accommodation.

If I could, I'd give it ten stars! Christophe is really great and nice. He welcomed us warmly to his beautiful apartment, both charming and pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, very well located in a perfect neighborhood, close to the SNCF train station that serves the entire Côte d'Azur. We had a great stay at his place in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

Annie-Laure and her husband are very welcoming and friendly. They have good advice and provide a PDF guide to find everything and be able to connect directly to the sites offered (tourist sites, restaurants, etc.). The accommodation and terrace are comfortable and perfectly equipped. We had a very pleasant two weeks.

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

This is a beautiful little house on a gated complex within a few minutes walk to local shops and bars and about 7/8 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach. Parts of the beach you have to pay to use but there is a large area which is free but with good toilets and showers free to use. There is a lovely communal pool on the site which, when we visited in early June, was always very quiet and usually we were the only people there. Lovely little garden, really well looked after. The house itself has everything you could possibly need including beach towels, beach mats, parasol. Maike communicated promptly and efficiently and was lovely when we met her. Highly recommend.

A serene and tranquil haven in the hills around the Cote d'Azur, kitted out with all the modern conveniences you could want (wonderful kitchen, heated salt water pool) but with that inimitable French rustic charm and a garden and grounds to die for. No more than 10 minutes from the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan le Pins and the hidden gem that is Le Cannet, plus an abundance of boulangeries, patisseries and hypermarkets for fresh produce all within walking / short driving distance. Patrick is a host as charming as his home and made our family holiday that much more enjoyable because of his humour, responsiveness and kindness. A truly magical Airbnb for all the family!

Beautiful place, walking distance from Éze, nice balcony, well equipped, clean, great communication... Everything perfect!

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Excellent new, clean apartment. It has everything you need for a trip. Very stylish bathroom. I go to the Cannes Lions every year and this is one of the best apartments, but you can only get to Cannes quickly by taxi in 20+- minutes. By bus, more than 1 hour. It is challenging to order a taxi during the hot period of the festival. On other days, no problem. There is a shop and a restaurant nearby. Thanks to our manager 🩷

Great place to stay the host was very descriptive and attentive, and even offered to meet a driver for an important delivery I was almost unable to make the meeting time. Will stay again thank you!
