Holiday rentals with beach access in Vallauris

Thank you Alexandra for providing us with the listing, she provided everything you could think of for the guests staying, and things you couldn't think of, very thoughtful.I arrived at the residence very late, she kept in touch with me throughout, waiting for my arrival and patiently guiding me to check in.The room is clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is safe.I would choose her again if I had the chance.

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

I had a wonderful stay at Jean's place, the host is nice, helpful and at our disposal. I really recommend this place which is peaceful, very clean, functional, I slept very well. The garden is just amazing, we are sheltered from the neighbors, I had a really great stay. Thanks again to Jean for the stay that made me feel good.

Beautiful apartment. Very well furnished and VERY clean. I slept well on the sofabed, good pillows and mattress. Lovely rooftop pool. Balcony has a beatiful view over the sea. However, it is next to one of the main roads so there is quite a bit traffic noise. This is NOT a problem for sleep when the door is closed, but if you like to sit at a quiet balcony, maybe this is not the place for you. However, the apartment is close to the beach, restaurants and cafés. I loved “Le Petit Patio”. Also, beaches here seem less busy than Jean-Les-Pins area, which is nice. Easy to take bus and train to Antibes, Cannes etc.

I have rented the place for my guests and they all absolutely loved it! Everything about this place was according to host's description. Located in the beautiful surroundings, peaceful and walkable as well everything you need is just around the corner: bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartment itself is bright and cozy. The bedrooms have crisp white linen. And the bathroom is free of clutter. And the best part is local recommendations from the host which you will get with check in instructions.

Pleasant stay, Henri and Virginie were attentive to our needs, very responsive, pleasant. We had a great time with the air conditioning which is an asset in this heat. Thank you for this stay.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

Fantastic location - really close to train station and a few minutes from Cannes. Donatella was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on arrival and departure, which helps greatly. The accommodation was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

We had a really enjoyable trip the apartment is clean and comfortable with such an amazing view. The hosts were friendly and supportive. We hope to return at some point. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Izabela is a wonderful host. She took excellent care of me even went out of her way to have my favorite almond milk waiting for me. She's such a sweet soul and really cares about the experience and made sure that I felt very comfortable. Her place is beautiful. the location is central and I enjoyed my walks up the hill and discovering the garden hike as well as regular walks to the Palais and Croisette and Rue de Antibes. Really great experience overall! Highly recommend her place.
