Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Valencian Community

I was really glad to stay in this room! Space was really nice and clean. Big bathroom with everything you need, and the room with a/c, TV, and window. Meibol also very kind and gave me explanations of everything. The location is good too, close to the metro station (which goes directly to the airport), and walkable. Not far from Park Turia and the beach ⛱️

The apartment is great, the space is very well used and has a terrace to dine or just relax by reading. The beach can be reached perfectly by walking in 4-5 minutes ( going with children) . The common areas are very well-kept and has a small and large pool. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The super attentive and friendly host, respond instantly if needed and her recommendations👌🏻. 100% recommended

The apartment is perfectly equipped, easy to access and very functional. My partner and I were visiting the area and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

The house is nicely quiet. By car, it's still only 10 minutes to Alcossebre. The view over land and sea is breathtaking. Unfortunately, we were missing a drying rack to the existing washing machine. A highlight is also the pool, beautifully large and deep.. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

We went to a group of 11 and we were perfect.

José was very easy to communicate with, the villa was better than described and in the perfect location. Beach is easily accessed and very safe with lifeguards on duty. Would highly Recommend . We had a fabulous time

Well-equipped, comfortable and clean apartment, very close to the beach and in a quiet area, at least at this time of year (I guess in summer it will be busier). Perfect communication with the owner, attentive at all times. As the only drawback, I would highlight the one from other comments: the garage space is narrow for some vehicles, which now in May has not been a problem because there is space in the street and, given the proximity to the beach, you do not need to move the car, in addition to being a totally safe area. In any case, we would certainly repeat because we liked both the accommodation and the area.

It was a very nice and neat apartment. Everything was well taken care of. The check in was easy. There was also good and quick contact with the host. The apartment is close to a metro station, making the city and the beach very accessible. And not to forget, there were hair straighteners! We were of course very happy with that!

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

We had a lovely stay at Raquel's where everything is done to feel good. We enjoyed the pool but also the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Communication with Raquel is easy and very responsive. The place is as it is in the photos. You can go there without hesitation!

Lovely penthouse apartment, super quiet , no noise from neighbors or the street , washing machine and dryer , private compartment in the free parking garage under the building , shutters in front of the windows , so sleep in the dark . Clean and plenty of pans etc in the kitchen , Dulce gusto coffee machine, a 3-minute walk and large supermarket with fresh bread , 1 minute you are on the beach with cozy and tasty restaurants, which were also open in early March and cozily busy . Nice bed , plenty of towels, sun loungers on the rooftop , there is even an extra toilet and shower and BBQ . A 15-minute walk away by bike rental where you rent for 10 euros good Dutch sports bikes, where you can be in the middle of busy Valencia within half an hour, but close to this house , enough bars and eateries so we only cycled to Valencia once. Wonderful stay , quick response from the owner . It's the white high building with the black half round fence where you need to be! Recommended

Wonderful Airbnb in the best neighborhood in Valencia! The apartment is even more spacious than we thought, and it was cleaned to hotel standards— very pristine. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and was very comfortable. The bed had a new modern quilt on it, and was extremely comfortable as well. Jo was also a very great host, so I’ll definitely recommend this airbnb to others.
