Bungalow holiday rentals in Valencian Community

We had an absolutely lovely stay, the local area was nice and calm, and felt safe to walk around. The beach was beautiful and clean, our little boy had a fantastic time there. The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed with a 19 month old toddler, the host supplied a big travel cot which was ideal for him to sleep, as well as a high chair, and some toys to entertain him. We felt there was plenty of space for him to move around safely and the bedroom where we kept the cot had lots of space which made bedtimes easier. The pool in the complex has a separate area for smaller children, which was very useful, and our host provided beach towels to use after a swim. The host was incredibly helpful, gave us lots of great recommendations for the local area, and was very responsive to our questions, she went above and beyond to help us!

This place was absolutely perfect for the five of us! As a group of young girls this was absolutely ideal for a fun beach holiday that still had the city elements! We spent every day at the gorgeous beach where the waves were so calming, the sand was so soft and at the time of year was very quiet and peaceful! We popped into the city a few times - 2 shopping days meant we should’ve had extra room in our suitcases !!! It’s a beautiful city, we loved our dinner in ‘Begin’, highly recommended! We did a day trip in Madrid which was also fantastic, Juan answered all our questions with a timely manner and his house was perfect, you couldn’t beat the beach location paired with the close by city life and the smart tvs in the house provided us with memorable movie nights too, thank you very much for this stay!

We were 4 adults with children and pets. The accommodation is very nice, with exit to the sea. We were in bad weather and we couldn't take advantage of the terrace. But I recommend it. The super attentive host and Juan a charm.

Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

Great accommodation right next to the beach. Large pool and quiet area. Larger grocery store within walking distance. Wonderful view! Can really recommend this accommodation!

The stay at Villa Atenea could not have been better. From the beginning, Carla has strived to offer us the greatest ease for everything. Attention to detail in every part of the house. I would definitely repeat. 100% recommended for those who want a few days of tranquility embraced by the mountain.

Very cosy little cottage surrounded by orange and olive farms. Great restaurant 5 min away in the neighbouring village and breathtaking views and hikes within 15 min drive. We were looking for a little oasis to rest from the hustle and bustle of Madrid and to give our reactive dog some freedom, and it was absolutely perfect for this.

The house has incredible views of the sea in a unique setting, it is spacious, has a lot of details and utilities that make the stay unforgettable, along with the detailed attention of the owner. It is a 100% recommended place to connect with tranquility, calm and well-being.

Sonia and her colleagues are wonderful hosts, always available and very friendly. Check-in was flexible, and it was waited for us despite our short-term delay and everything was explained patiently and kindly. The house is really very nice and extremely well equipped, the two terraces on the ground floor, as well as balcony and roof terrace leave nothing to be desired. Towels also for pool and beach, top equipped kitchen,... we felt very comfortable and had a great time, can only recommend it.

I spent 1 month at Cristian's place. I liked it very much and wanted to book for next year but unfortunately the apartment is already occupied. It is a very quiet area (September). I had the pool almost to myself, in 10 minutes I was at the beautiful beach. Be careful with the strong waves. I was alone and I had a folding bike so whether to La Mata or Quesada and Guardamar was no problem a car is already an advantage, (shopping)in Urbanisation are no shops only a restaurant/ bar I was mostly in Guardamar shopping at Mercadona. You can also take the bus. The place itself, clean It needed some work here and there, but for me absolutely no problem and no reason to complain. I really enjoyed it. Thanks 🤩

Cozy apartment with nice area around.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. The walk through the coves has been simply indescribable, a true gift for the senses. Also, everything is very close, and if you fancy exploring other places, you can arrive at nothing by car. Special mention for Carla, who has been charming and attentive, taking care of every last detail... even leaving coffee! Un ten para Ella.
