Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Valencian Community

A few days Great, starting with Maria who is an afritiona TOP 1, from the mini 1 I help us in everything and I explain everything very well. The apartment has a lot of light and we could see the amancer sitting on the sofa, it has a perfect view! the beach very well because it has little waves and very shallow, ideal for children, you have a walk to walk. Maria gave us a guide to do and where she explains everything about the apartment. we have a storage room with a chair and everything for the beach which helps a lot of not having to carry so much in the car. The fully equipped kitchen. Clean and perfect towel and Saturday! The beds and mattresses are perfect. Maria very flexible also at check out time. The apartment is spacious and very well distributed.

I absolutely loved it here! I spent 2 months in Alcoy as a school internship and I chose this airbnb. Very good overall, view is so good and location are 5/5. Only downsides would be no oven/airfryer and some of the pans were not capable with the stove, but these are long period problems. I highly recommend this AirBnB and city!

The beautiful views and that it is on the beachfront. It's what I was looking for and I love it. There were two of us, each with their own room and bathroom. Beach, pool, views, sun. I hadn't been to Cullera in a long time and I was surprised how beautiful it is and the development is excellent. Rita is a delight. A luxury to enjoy.

Great apartment opposite the marina and a very short walk to the beach. It is very well equipped with just about everything we needed. There is free on street car parking and also access to a parking lot opposite. The owners were very responsive and checkin was straight forward. Would definitely recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Ana’s place. Check-in was delayed due to a broken lock, but Ana’s husband responded quickly and called a locksmith — just unfortunate timing. The apartment is as described, but note that the rooms and bathroom offer limited privacy, with sliding doors that don’t fully close. It’s ideal for families or close friends. The flat is very child-friendly, with toys available, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen is well-equipped, though items like plates and utensils are stored in separate areas, making it a bit tricky to find things. Ana was very friendly and communicative, especially helpful with navigating local transport. We recommend using the Moovit app over Google Maps, as bus schedules have changed. Also, don’t miss ASCUAS — one of the best seafood meals we’ve had, and reasonably priced.

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

we had a wonderful time staying in Carlos's apartment...the apartment itself was clean, bright and literally a stones throw from the most beautiful beach!! we had a wonderful time and felt so at home and relaxed in the lovely apartment. Carlos and Aida were so thoughtful and helpful...even allowed us to check out later than the listed time. The apartment has everything you need for a terrific holiday and is both spacious and very comfortable. Great shower, comfy beds and they even have Netflix if you fancy a night in! I would highly recommend this apartment and ypu won't get nicer hosts than Carlos and Aida. Truly a great place!!!! Thank you guys for making our vacation so perfect....we'll definitely be back!

The apartment is as shown in the photos. Good service from the employees, always willing to advise you on areas to visit and very friendly. If the opportunity arises, we will return.

It was wonderful staying here. All of our party walked away feeling relaxed, happy and content. Paula was super responsive and helpful when we had questions and we wish we’d stayed longer. Views are stunning, house beautiful and we can’t believe how lucky we were.

Eva is great. We rented the villa to celebrate our baby's first birthday with the family. Eva let us visit the villa some time before to think about the preparations, and she also made it easy for us to bring things on the Thursday before the event to organize ourselves better. She has been very attentive to everything and personally is a very nice and outgoing girl. The villa is a 10, both in the decoration and in the details it has, the pool, the rooms, the terrace, even the bar!!! It far exceeds anything one could ask for. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful weekend. Highly recommended!!!

I recommend staying in this accommodation. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . A lot of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The territory is luxurious, paddle court, open and indoor swimming pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car to visit all the sights and the beach 7-15 minutes by car. A shopping mall and grocery stores are 3-5 minutes away.

Everything was perfect , we loved the deal with M.Carmen is very helpful and thoughtful . The apartment is perfect we loved it is rustic and with a lot of charm , it has a very well used and comfortable balcony, the perfect heating, the kitchen with all the necessary and the bedroom also perfect . ( in the photos it is not appreciated , it is better than in photos ) There are also many board games and books for the little ones and adults . You park a minute's walk and both the village and the people of the same charm .

It was very nice to stay at josep place. He and his wife live in a house next to the air bnb. they provided enough blankets and the AC could be used to heat up the apartment. the shower was great and everything was very clean. the mattresses were a bit Hard, but that's Personal preference. unfortunatly we couldn't use the terrasse because of the rain, but the outside eary was very cozy as well :)

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

Great house near the beach. Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with its location, design, several great terraces and comfort. Glad to come back!

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay in Benidorm. Apartment location was spot on for us! As a family of 4 we had plenty of room and the place was very clean. My only gripe would be it was a little dated, however, value for money. We would definitely use Alfonso's plac again if we were to go back! thank you 😊

Daniel and Alvaro have been very good hosts. We enjoyed all the facilities during our stay. My children were always entertained with the sports facilities, the park and the beach across the avenue is a luxury! Thank you very much for all your attention. We'll be back!

Our stay was perfect. Place was lovely and clean. Furnished well as per the pictures. Lucien was a great character and very helpful with providing information for us. No faults at all.
