Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Valencian Community

Was such a great stay and one of the most memorable places we’ve stayed. The location was amazing and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend.

we had a 9 day stay at Carlos's amazing appartment. we ended spending more time in the appartment and it's incredible rooftop living area then we would have done if we stayed elsewhere this is testament to what a great place it is. Carlos was always on hand if there was a query. amazing space. great host. we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The location was nice and quiet. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Robert’s place is modern, clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the little balcony. Robert was helpful and quick to respond to messages . The apartment is right beside a large shopping centre. Cinema and activities. Walk past that and you come into an old neighbourhood where tapas and drink are much cheaper. It is a good bit outside the centre. We took taxis and it all worked great.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, very clean. Comfy beds, the pool is just outstanding and the view is unreal. Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. We will be back at this beautiful property in the future.

It was incredibly beautiful, there were two of us, the place was completely sufficient for that. Getting up in the morning was always our highlight, because we then sat down directly on the balcony and sunk there. In general, we had nothing to complain about. Incredibly quiet, we always felt safe, even in the middle of the night on the streets around the property. The restaurants are great (if you find the right ones☺️) and all the people we met were always nice and polite! By bus you can get to Valencia within 20 minutes, a ticket costs two euros, so also completely affordable and convenient, because the bus stop is a minute walk from the property. We will definitely be back, we agreed, we hardly had such a great vacation in such a great area and location, many thanks to Belen, this AirBnB is really a heart recommendation!!

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

Great location - very central and walkable to sights of Valencia old town, with lots of restaurants, shops, markets etc nearby. Clean apartment with the amenities needed for weekend stay. Hosts were helpful, friendly and responsive.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

We had a fantastic stay at Jose Juan's place. A super comfortable, beachfront apartment in a very quiet area. The apartment was as advertised in the photos, spacious, very comfortable, clean and tidy and with a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea. To emphasize above all the kindness and availability of Jose Juan at all times!! Repeat without a doubt

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. The duplex was simply beautiful, even better than in the photos! Despite our flight being delayed by almost two hours, Raul welcomed us with great kindness, and very late at night, a big thank you to him for his availability and kindness. We were very comfortable in Elisa's place. We travel with a baby and although it does not have a cot or high chair, she gave us all the facilities for entering and leaving, which we are very grateful to you. The apartment is comfortable. In front of the beach and a walk away from the Castle, very nice. It's worth it.
