Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Valencian Community

I was really glad to stay in this room! Space was really nice and clean. Big bathroom with everything you need, and the room with a/c, TV, and window. Meibol also very kind and gave me explanations of everything. The location is good too, close to the metro station (which goes directly to the airport), and walkable. Not far from Park Turia and the beach ⛱️

El apartamento está genial, el espacio está muy bien aprovechado y dispone de una terraza para comer cenar o simplemente relajarte leyendo. Se puede llegar a la playa perfectamente andando en 4-5 minutos ( yendo con niños) . Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y tiene piscina pequeña y grande. Tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas. La anfitriona súper atenta y simpática, responde al instante si la necesitas y sus recomendaciones 👌🏻. Recomendable 100%

El piso está perfectamente equipado, de acceso fácil y muy funcional. Estuvimos visitando la zona mi pareja y yo y nos fue de maravilla. Muy recomendable.

Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto sind es trotzdem nur 10 min. bis nach Alcossebre. Der Blick über Land und Meer ist atemberaubend. Leider fehlte uns zur vorhandenen Waschmaschine eine Wäscheständer. Ein Highlight ist auch der Pool, schön groß und tief.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Alcossebre dans la maison de José. La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée, proche de la plage. De plus José est un hôte très sympathique! Nous recommandons cette prestation !

As always an absolute pleasure to stay in these beautiful, well equipped beach front apartments. The hosts are perfect and will bend over backwards to ensure the stay is perfect.

La comunicación con Daniel fue buena, respondió rápido. El apartamento es tal cual aparecen en las fotos y estaba muy limpio. A destacar, la comodidad de la cama y la tranquilidad en la noche. Las vistas y ubicación preciosas. Lo recomendaré sin dudarlo. Gracias Daniel por estos días que hemos podido disfrutar en tu apartamento ;)

Apartamento bien equipado cómodo y limpio, muy cerca de la playa y en zona tranquila, al menos en esta época del año (supongo que en verano estará más concurrida). Perfecta comunicación con el propietario, atento en todo momento. Cómo única pega destacaría la de otros comentarios: la plaza de garaje es estrecha para según que vehículos, lo cual ahora en mayo no ha sido problema por haber sitio en la calle y, dado la cercanía a la playa no necesitar ni mover el coche, además de ser una zona totalmente segura. En cualquier caso repetiríamos sin duda pues nos ha gustado tanto el alojamiento como la zona.

Bram reageerde zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf vlot en zeer betrokken op mijn chat berichten. Ik moest helaas na 1 nacht alweer naar huis vanwege een val in de stad waarbij ik mijn enkel zwaar verstuikt had en de talenschool daardoor niet meer kon bereiken. Wanneer ik terugkom ga ik zeker weer proberen om bij Bram te boeken! Martine B

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. Met Maria on arrival, very friendly. fantastic location.. was on my own for 24 nights, felt very secure, with bolts on front door. Maintenance and cleanliness around building was excellent with a conceige on all day. Maria very responsive on any niggly problems. Great access straight to beach. Would highly recommend to others. Would book here again.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Raquel où tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Nous avons profité de la piscine mais également de la plage a quelques minutes à pieds seulement. La communication avec Raquel est facile et elle est très réactive. Le logement est tel qu'il est sur les photos. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésitation !

Heerlijk penthouse appartement, super stil , geen herrie van buren of de straat , wasmachine en droger , eigen vak in de gratis parkeergarage onder het gebouw , rolluiken voor de ramen , dus heerlijk uitslapen in het donker . Schone en voldoende pannen etc in de keuken , Dulce gusto koffiemachine, op 3 minuten lopen en grote supermarkt met vers brood , op 1 minuut ben je op het strand met gezellige en lekkere restaurantjes, die ook begin maart open waren en gezellig druk . Fijn bed , voldoende handdoeken, ligstoelen op de rooftop , daar is zelfs een extra wc en douche en bbq . Op 15 minuten lopen fietsen verhuur waar je voor 10 euro goede Nederlandse sport fietsen huurt , waar je binnen een half uurtje fietsen midden in t drukke Valencia bent , maar vlak bij dit huis , genoeg barretjes en eettentjes dus wij zijn maar 1x naar Valencia gefietst . Heerlijk verblijf , snelle reactie van de eigenaar . Het is het witte hoge gebouw met het zwarte half ronde hek waar je moet zijn! Aanrader

Wonderful Airbnb in the best neighborhood in Valencia! The apartment is even more spacious than we thought, and it was cleaned to hotel standards— very pristine. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and was very comfortable. The bed had a new modern quilt on it, and was extremely comfortable as well. Jo was also a very great host, so I’ll definitely recommend this airbnb to others.
