Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located, with a great host who ensured a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

Ritvik is a great host. The place was well kept and everything was functioning well. The help at the property were always there, served us well and kept the place clean at all times. Thank you for an easy stay at a villa located very well around some of the great restaurants.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

All I can say is WOW! This is hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in Goa. It is brand new, crazy luxurious and has a great host. From the time we arrived, we were amazed at the large garden and private swimming pool. The gazebo is just too cute to hang out with your friends. The rooms all have extra large beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made some great breakfast together as a group. I am just waiting to come back and stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

My suggestion is if u visit goa for vacations very much recommended property

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift. I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.
