Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

It’s a very beautiful villa exactly like the pictures. Loved our stay at La luxo, the highlight was the infinity pool with amazing mesmerising view like country side. The host is very friendly and responsive. Care taker was also very helpful and responsive. We felt so relaxed and comfortable. Overall I recommend this place to everyone 10/10

Luxury of a five star resort with the comfort of an airbnb is what describes Oxel house Siolim... Iocated inside a calm residential area, it provides complete safety. The caretakers are always ready to help with all that you require.. Ideally located from all places in goa, oxel house is a perfect getaway place for family holidays..

The villa was very good, neat and clean with all the amenities as mentioned while booking. The place is easy to access and in a peaceful location with lot of options to order food and access to good restaurants. The host and the property manager were very cooperative and responsive.

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. Stay is so kind and professional 😊 Faby was so punctual and kept everything in tact for my family. excellent cleaning staff Special thanks to Akshat and Raveena for coordinating with me throughout my travel and also allowing my little pet to stay at the listing. Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

The place was an absolute stunner. From the time we checked in we were in awe of the villa and its simplicity yet classiness. The caretaker Musad and Shaqeel were the most caring people I have met. They made us feel like we were completely at our comfort zone and went to all extend to make sure we had the most comfortable stay in goa. I would recommend everyone to stay with them.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

We stayed at the property to spend new year with family and we had people of all ages, everyone felt like they were home. It's well spaced and has enough room. Kids and elders enjoyed the pool dips. The host and housekeepers are polite and respond immediately. It was a smooth transition from entry to exit. Thank you for hosting us. One suggestion - keeping tubes or pool noodles would be nice.

Our stay was amazing. We recommend everyone to go here. The hosts were super helpful. This is place is all you need for a perfect Goa stay. The villa is close to almost all famous attractions and saves travel time a lot. Loved our stay.

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO ENJOY GOA! TOP CLASS STAFF MAKE THIS PROPERTY EVEN BETTER TO MAKE A MEMORABLE STAY😊😊😊 We were a group of 10 people including 4 children. I can say it with conviction that each one of us felt if it was like staying at home. Big spacious,neat and clean rooms with absolutely spic and span linens and other amenities. Kitchen was well equipped too,to meet all our requirements. Swimming pool is also of decent size for one to unwind. The main highlight of the property was the courteous and efficient Staff. Shaheen was an exceptional Chef who made us feel like as if we were staying in a Palace with food equivalent to a fine dine restaurant. Santosh ji was also very kind and was always available to offer help. Overall,an excellent Place to take a break from our busy life’s. We are coming back here for sure and would definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a great time in Goa

Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!

We were 9 girls staying here for a week. The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. It was also reassuring to have a security guard, making us feel safe at all times. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

We had the best stay in goa ever. I have been to go several times but never have I ever stayed at such a beautiful and peaceful property ever. The property is soo soo soo good that photos don't do justice to this place. The attention to details soo good, there is a gardener, pool cleaning guys and a house cleaning maid and all of them come daily and are the best at what they do. The location is so good, just a few minutes from all the good bars, clubs etc. We had a really amazing time and thanks to Nilesh and rest of the team for giving us such a beautiful stay in Goa.

The place was amazing, only drawback was I couldn’t get in touch with the host the phone number provided was a hireavilla line. When I was lost and couldn’t find the property I couldn’t reach the host and was on my own to find the property otherwise everything else was good.
