Beachfront holiday rentals in Uttara Kannada

This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Aira the Beach House in Gokarna. The location is simply amazing—peaceful, scenic, and just steps away from the beach. Prateek was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure everything was arranged as per our personalized needs, which made the experience even more special. The food at the on-site restaurant was also quite good and added to the overall charm of the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene coastal setting!

Clean, cozy, and private spot surrounded by greenery—just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for a small group of friends (2–3), well-maintained, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very very nice and beautiful place, loved the stay. Staff was really helpful and sweet helped us throughout the stay. It is same as the pictures. very clean and well maintained. I would definitely choose this place again.

Rohan, the caretaker helped me a lot during my stays at the property. Due to x-mas & New Year's festive vibe throughout Goa and our place in Colomb bay, Palolem too, Rohan extended his guidance to me as and when I required. Place is in one word awesome. lots of restaurants close by. My family including me enjoyed a lot.

The place was exactly as shown in the photographs , the beach access was the best part and the near by restaurants were the best!!!! Overall the stay was AWESOME ❤️

Klevan ist ein sympathischer Mensch und ist super hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist mit Balkon verbunden und liegt direkt am Meer.

Отличное жилье, которое стоит своих денег! Комплекс, в котором находится квартира очень уютный и везде зелень, охраняется. Сама квартира чистая, тихая, с красивым видом на бассейн. Удобное расположение , чтобы дойти пешком до Палолема и пляжа Патнем. Нам все понравилось! Большое спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство, раннее заселение и быстроту ответов!

We enjoyed our stay at Grisha’s place. Grisha and his team at the hotel are nice and welcoming. The premises are clean and tidy. As they just started a few month ago some things could be improved: The water at the pool wasn’t always clear and the service at the resort’s restaurant was sometimes inattentive.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Palolem, Goa. The property was spotless and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax in. The host was incredibly accommodating—allowing us flexibility with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much smoother. They were also very helpful and responsive, always just a message away whenever we had questions. The location was great too—just a short walk from the beach but tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palolem!

Ronald is a super helpful and responsive host. The apartment is a really nice space, clean and tidy with a lovely balcony. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most importantly it stays really cool in the daytime when you need a break from the hot sun - we didn’t even need to use the AC. The complex is safe and full of kind people! Would definitely stay again.

Firstly, the stay felt just like home 🏡 , a surreal experience surrounded by nature 🌿. Loved the cozy mini pool 💦, the pet-friendly vibes 🐾, and the warm, friendly people around 😊. The place was super neat and well-maintained too ✨. They’ve got a common kitchen stocked with all the essentials 🍳, which came in really handy, plus there’s private parking 🚗. If you’re ever confused about what to do next or where to head, just reach out to Kumuda (owner) or Charlie (manager) they’re super helpful and always available 🙌. There are some nice nearby restaurants including a vegan café 🥗 and some great local spots 🍛. Patnem Beach is under 5 mins away and Palolem is just about an 8-min drive 🏖️. Overall, had a fantastic time 💯. Definitely planning to visit again soon! 😊

The place is right on Agonda Beach. Rooms are pretty clean, the household does a good job. The only difficulty I faced during my stay was the air conditioner. For some reason it wasn't able to cool down the cabin be it noon or the night. Though the staff attended to the problem but it couldn't be fixed since they said this is the best cooling that could happen. I checked into another place 10 steps away and the cabins were pretty chill even in the afternoon. The AC needs fixing at serenity. Other than that, great location, great restaurant right adjacent and lip smacking food. Abhir was super helpful at the restaurant and always served with a smile on face.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We had the best stay here. It was way above expectations (I would say the pictures don’t do it justice). Great vibes, amazing restaurant attached and very helpful and funny staff. We extended our stay and we absolutely come back. Thanks Sunil and all the great staff working so hard to ensure a great experience ♥️

Did not meet Sarita at all. Hence, this review is for Felcy and Felcy cottages. The place is nice and cosy and perfect for a quiet stay next to the beach. Felcy helped to improve our experience and made our stay memorable. You could directly call Tony to plan your stay.

Beautiful beach hut on incredible agonda beach. The staff were all super friendly and attentive and couldn’t do more for us. We felt very at home and well looked after. The beach hut itself was in a row of five directly on the beach with an attached restaurant and bar. Very private and peaceful. It was a great size and very clean and the bathroom and shower facilities were great. Couldn’t recommend this place more and we hope to stay again someday!

Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft sind sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Uns wurde zunächst versehentlich ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen-wir erhielten vom Gastgeber ab dem nächsten Tag ein upgrade. Socorina und ihr Mann sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Abholung vom Flughafen hat trotz unserer Verspätung super geklappt. Auch wurde uns ein Kontakt hergestellt, sodass wir am späten Abend unsere Ankunft noch Geld wechseln und eine Telefonkarte erstehen konnten.

We loved staying at Bobby’s place. He and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stayed up until 3am to wait for us to check in when we had such a late flight. The beach huts are the perfect place to stay, and it felt like such a nice community there, especially with hosts who were very personable and took effort to greet you and make you feel welcome. You are a stones throw from the beach which was very handy. The fresh seafood dinner we ordered was absolutely incredible and the cocktail I ordered was amazing and huuuuge! The bathrooms were clean but quite basic - what you expect for a beach hut in India. The rooms had a mosquito net for the bed and a fan which was a blessing. We loved the little verandah at the front of the hut too for chilling and reading.
