great place on the cliff, isolated in nature, surrounded by greenery and a lovely host. Our stay got hot mid day, an AC would have been great.

Amazing views and location. Good access to beaches and a host that arranges everything to your comfort. Modest facilities are present but at a place like this you pay for the access to pristine beaches and high quality home cooked food

Shekhar, his wife and house help (Asha) took wonderful care. Shekhar is always one phone call away either early morning or late evening to take care of any requests. Food served was sumptuous more than what we asked for. He is proactive and always calls to take care of the needs. He would call to ensure the room is cleaned and sheets changed daily. On the day, we checked out we had to leave early 5 AM, he again ensured our request to provide us morning coffee. He absolutely made sure that we felt at home during our stay, which made a memorable trip. If not for anything, I would recommend this place wholeheartedly for Shekhar being an awesome host !!

We visited Serenity House in January 2023. My two friends and I had visited and from the booking request onwards the hosts Nilesh and Beena have been very helpful and responsive . We were given precise instructions and it was nice to meet Nilesh and Beena who helped us ease the check in. The house has a fully functional kitchen. The caretaker served us good breakfast and was always available for any help that we needed. You have a view of the backwaters and can hear the constant rumble of the sea. The beach is just 100 meters away and the sea.was quite calm. It's mostly an empty beach and it's stretching for many kilometres. Its a calm and silent island. Some restaurants are available a few kilometres away from the place or you can also go to Payannur town for more op pt options. Kayaking and backwater cruise is also available nearby for activities.

Lovely location for the beach house, host made sure we had everything we needed and allowed a flexible checkin and checkout option. Bathrooms and kitchen could have been bigger but we managed alright with all facilities as advertised.

Klevan is a likeable person and is super helpful. The room is connected to a balcony and is right on the sea.

Nestled right along the beach, "Tune of Ocean" offers direct access to the sandy shores. The ambiance is tranquil and laid-back, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained with stunning ocean views, allowing ua to wake up to the sight of the sea. I felt very warm hospitality and attentiveness. They go out of their way to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes overlooking the ocean, enhancing the overall experience. It is a great value for money, especially considering its location and the quality of services they provide. Totally recommendable and worth it !!

Good place for family and as well as group of friends, private beach and clean rooms. Overall place was good.

We had a great time at Naveen's place. The house looks exactly like it does on the pictures, very tidy and lovely equipped with everything you need. The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome restaurants and the beach. Naveen was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

This place was a hidden gem. Location was absolutely perfect. It was across the beach which was clean unexplored and just a wide stretch of white sand ! The house was also sufficient, perfect for a large group. The pool was a good size, and added to the house. Ashok got us our supplies and made great homemade food. Also the restaurant Kaai at Nilaya stays had some great food. Only regret is we got to know about surfing lessons the night before we left ! So if you stay here please check at the reception at Nilaya stays and they will hook you up. We were on a week long road trip from Bangalore with 5 adults and 4 kids and everyone loved this place and location the best !

how can I start.. Vinod ji and his family are super lovely and good took care of me like I am a family member. Krishna arranged about things to do , yoga session which was really great guru , took me to temple and famous ashram, checked on me always if I want anything. Shanmukha took care about got all the fresh seafood that I requested and made sure I wasn't felt left alone because I travelled alone. He also made the best masala chai in Kerala. Vinod ji was the one who answered me every messages promptly and took good care of any requests. And last but not least my star Yashodha. She cooks amazing food like magic. I will always miss her food. I wish I could take her home with me. 😊 😁

super cool place to stay in kannur if you are looking for a quiet place to have a good view of the sea all the time. the staff here Nitin Paul is super friendly and very very helpful. lots of parking space and very good connect with the town

We had a lovely stay over the weekend at Shettys river view farm. Although not directly on the river it’s just a few steps away from a rustic bridge from where we spent the full moon night looking at the river. The house is equipped with everything our large party needed to stay including lots of beddings, toileteries and other amenities. But, Besides all that, the star and highlight of our stay were the kind and ever smiling caretakers especially Jyothiakka. The place is maintained immaculately by them. She took care of every single need of ours ensuring that we have a memorable stay. The food her and husband made for us was fantastic. They are the real stars of this home stay and I would go back just for them. Thank you Jyothi and Sukesh!

Clean, Easily Accessible, Private, Great location. Host was proactive and checked with us on our arrival time, any particular requests we had on arrival. very spacious stay which our 2 year old boy enjoyed, since he had a lot of space to run and play around. kitchen was clean, neat and had everything we needed for cooking a quick meal or beverage. bathrooms were spacious and clean. balcony had a great view of the sea. Beach was clean, safe and very less crowded. Food is available on demand and has to be ordered from 2 nearby restaurants.I will definitely plan to stay here on our next visits. That being said, due to very close proximity to a religious place, one of the nights during our stay, there were some locals bursting firecrackers, probably due to a village festival, all through the night up until 3 or 4am which disturbed our sleep. Not sure if the host could have done anything about this, but it definitely spoiled our night with the kid constantly waking up by the noise.

it's wonderful and memorable stay. The villa so beautiful and very neat and clean. The expectations are fulfilled as more expected.

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

What you see is what you get All amenities you can think of are available Just across the beach - least walking distance Kitchen utensils can be upgraded but having utensils / kitchen available itself is a blessing while you are out with elders and kids This was a 5/5 stay, no complaints

The place was amazing. The view ofthe sea was something you will never forget. The home was very welcoming and everything was taken care of. There were sufficient mattresses, pillows, blankets and the place was clean and tidy. Balcony and verandah had enough chairs to sit comfortably. The whole place is well maintained and taken care of. Highly recommend! 😊

Our stay at the villa was really good. The house just feel like “home”. Nicely done interiors and decluttered. The villa is spacious for a 6 people stay. Lot of air and light in the villa gives a positive vibe. The place is very close to Payyambalam beach. You can see the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. Krishna was always available whenever help was needed. Kudos to maintaining such a nice house👌
