Perfect location, just in front of the west gate (Ota Darvoza) of the old city. Temurbek was a super host, we were able to do a early check in and a late check out. He help us to find a transportation to the next destinazione at a fair price. We had a wonderful time in Khiva

Ali was very hospital, asked me about arriving time, arranged the transfer from airport to the hotel, always asked me about my stay and gave me very good advices for sightseeing. The hotel has a very nice terrace to watch sunset. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very comfortable and a 15-minute walk from the very center of the city. It is large and very well-equipped. It is close to restaurants but you don't smell or hear anything in the accommodation, which is very clean. I recommend it!
