The area is interesting because the indigenous people of Samarkand live here with their traditions and customs. Nearby are architectural monuments and sights of our ancient city.

Cozy and clean apartment in a very convenient location for tourist and airport transit passengers - 5 min away from airport and two train stations. The closest bus station is 100 meters away. 5 min by taxi to city center or 10 min by public transport. (5 min away by bus from metro station) Very developed area around apartment where you can find anything. There are several big and small grocery stores near by, also variety of cafes, restaurants and so on. Unlimited high speed internet.

Very strategic place to stay, less than 10 minutes walk to the Registan and the hotel is 16 minutes drive from the airport, also close to restaurants and Sam Craft Bar. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Anwar is always willing to help. Whenever we text him he always responds quickly:) The house is well furnished. We were really surprised by the kitchen supplies, including the coffee machine!! There’s also a store nearby, and it’s convenient to get some basic necessities. Although it’s not in the very center of the city, taking taxis to sightseeing spots is convenient. Strongly recommend for group travelers!

This is one of my favorite AirBNB stays! The location: in the new center of Tashkent. Close to the mall, many shops and restaurants, ATM, a park, and markets. We’ve watched the live Eid al Adha and Uzbekistan national team celebration from the comfort of the apartment! The apartment: pristine clean, beautifully decorated, with everything supplied: kitchen utensils, cutlery, toiletries, towels, washing machine, steam iron, and ironing board. Little details here and there which added to the beauty of the apartment. The host: Dilya has been great from the get-go. Communicative and punctual. She has explained everything thoroughly and spent time with us familiarizing us with the everything in the apartment. She’s wonderful and very personable. It’s a safe accommodation for solo female travelers as well as families.

This place was amazing everything what you need, even more(tea,coffee,salt sugar ,pepper ,oil...) ,you never think before you need it .Host was really helpful, clear instructions.Also host accommodates me with the driver on my arrival early morning and let me check in early.Wonderful location( next to subway and ground transportation). Surrounded with many local cafes. DEFINITELY will stay next time .

Hofiz and Umida are great hosts and staying at their house has been a pleasure for us. Hofiz has been super reactive with the communication, and Umída is a great great host, a woman plenty of energy that shines all over! They are a creative family, with a lovely sense of humor and a great welcoming soul :) we could spend only a couple of nights and did not really have the chance to discover more about their story, but we left with the feeling of wanting to go back to share more with them! The room is clean and has everything you need, their house is beautifully decorated as ancient Bukharian houses, it's just a few minutes walking from the center - we could only recommend to stay there!!!

It was a lovely and comfortable stay at Ulugbek's place, 100% worth the value for money. Ulugbek was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, showing utmost hospitality. Communication was always clear and precise. The flat corresponded to the description and photos, was clean and comfortable and a perfect match for my needs. Location is close to the airport, a few business centers and in walkable proximity to some touristic places, parks. Highly recommend Ulugbek's place for a stay in Tashkent and getting to know the city
