Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Upper Bavaria

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Super friendly personal welcome . Located just outside of Munich, but you are in the city in a good 30 minutes. The location is in a very quiet street. Especially recommended for longer stays, the large kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are super nicely decorated, you can tell that someone has invested a lot of time here. Private open parking space and a separate sauna in the garden. Compared to the price level, actually almost too cheap in the area. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Julia and Michl's home for 6 weeks. It was a lovely home to stay in for this length of time. We met Julia and Michl a couple of times and they were really nice and helpful. We had our dog with us and there were some great walks straight from the house. Overall we had an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend their home to rent.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

Amazing stay, hot tub was fantastic and house offered everything that was needed for a relaxing week at Chiemsee. Will be coming back!

I was with my two sons for a few days in the Gsteigstr. holiday home. Just like me, the two of them were immediately totally enthusiastic. The excellent location was simply fantastic. The furnishings of the house corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. I'm sure we'll be back!

The place was wonderful even better than what photos show. Most important is that Christoph is really a super host, best support and response ever experienced within Airbnb. His kindness and response made the place to be in my future plans to repeat staying at it. Thank you Christoph.

We had a great short break in a very nice accommodation. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with love. The wellness area was a dream. The whirlpool was pure relaxation. In the sauna, you could really let your soul relax. The outdoor pool is a nice way to cool off on hot days. Thank you Sandra, we had a great break. 🙋🏻‍♀️

A very nice and cozy cottage – we felt comfortable from the first moment and settled in right away. The check-in was very quick and easy. On the day of departure, we also briefly met the landlords. In the brief encounter, they seemed very friendly and interested. We particularly liked that they actively asked us for suggestions for improvement. We can absolutely recommend the cottage!

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

The wooden house is in a very nice environment. ideal place for couples and families. Quiet, private, with everything you need. The sauna and jacuzzi are the highlight! For resting and relaxing is perfect. Landlord is communicative and nice. Reply quickly. We will be happy to come back!😊

All wonderful as described. (Interior) architecturally very high quality designed, attention to detail (without being overloaded). Mini notes (it should be emphasized again: in total everything very good [!], for the sake of completeness in terms of value for money, but at least mentioned): The outdoor spa area is quite open from all sides (no problem for us, but some may be uncomfortable). The hot tub must be heated up with wood. Technically easy to implement, but depending on outside temperature and previous water temperature, it takes an extremely long time (>2h) without being able to reach the required water temperature (so you can also withstand at least half an hour without freezing); furthermore, the air pump of the bubble function is so loud that you can only talk very loudly... Sleeping area under Dachfirst -> certain physical mobility of the tenants required! :-) Thanks for hosting!!
