Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. You are staying on a former Bauernhof. My apartment is ideal for two persons, traveling alone, business travelers and furry friends (pets). Located between Salzburg and Munich, an ideal starting point. From Prien by train 1 hour to Munich or Salzburg. 3 km to Lake Chiemsee and 6 km to Eggstätter Seenplatte. From the house there is a hiking trail to Ratzinger Höhe. There you will be rewarded with an incredible view of Lake Chiemsee and the Pre-Alps.
