Delighted and we will stay there again with our eyes closed! Of the 4 different apartments we stayed in in Europe during this trip... this was a prize as it surprised us in every way... comfortable, clean, spacious, well decorated, everything worked wonderfully, even the coffee he left us was delicious. They also change the towels and clean... the host was also very dynamic and was always available and accessible. Super close to the train station... and in a nice and clear area... not as it usually is near the central stations!

Sebastian was a perfect host from the first moment! Always friendly and in a good mood, he made our stay a wonderful time with his attentive and accommodating manner. The apartment was nice, clean and with unforgettable views of the lake. Anytime again :)

Super great location with a view of the lake (and also to the Dukestand). Also super connected by bus (stops almost right in front of the property and goes to Kochel Bahnhof and e.g. to the Herzogstand train - extra plus that you can use it with the guest card of the hotel for free). Accommodation is well furnished and clean, we were able to get a missing dish towel on request. Staff of the hotel nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend it!

everything was amazing, breakfast, sauna, rooftop pool, spa area, room, shower, really everything. The most impressive part was the hotel staffs from reception and restaurant. They were not only friendly and kind, but also very professionally managing the guests. I was especially happy to see how passionate they are in making their guests special and providing extra with politeness and kindness. Thank you very much to the team!! We stayed for 3 days and honestly should’ve booked for more. The place was really serene and picturesque. With a view of Schliersee and mountains it is a really good place to relax. Cleanliness and comfortable beds & linens were provided. A cherry on the top was the breakfast and the collection of breads available. What a spread! Kickstarted our day perfectly. Definitely recommend this place and next time I am around I would definitely book once more.

Spacious room, beautiful surroundings, easy access to town, and pet friendly.

We were 2 adults and 1 baby for 4 nights. On request we got a high chair. We really liked the place, as in the description, you feel like you're at home. Lake Schliersee is within walking distance. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly, eager and accommodating. In the wellness area you could relax excellently, there is a hot tub, swimming pool with pleasant temperature, a relaxation room, sauna and steam room, everything you need. Towels, bathrobe and slippers will also be provided. We had a nice stay and can only recommend the place 👍🏼

Very tastefully decorated room. There were four of us (2 children) and we felt very comfortable. The buildings are really getting old, but the pool area, fitness and sauna are renovated and really good.

Always a Pleasure staying here in Munich. The only hotel I feel confident enough to walk around barefoot. Super Clean. Nice Staff. Bottle of regular water are expensive to buy and the hotel make great drinks. If you are lucky enough, you will see the sheep.

We felt very comfortable with Hans. As already written in other reviews, the house is not accurately cleaned, but all the more cozy. Bed linen and towels were fresh, contrary to other reviews! We traveled with 2 small children and a baby and were able to sleep well here for one night, there were bunk beds with fall protection. The rooms are now a bit differently furnished than in the pictures, but that is not a criticism, but is especially important for families with children to know 🙂 maybe you should update that. We didn't get to know Hans at all, but he checked us in super nicely on the phone and left a key, which worked out great. Thanks Hans!

Patrik is a very good host! She answered all our questions and welcomed us with a warm heart. The place is in a very good location and there are plenty of opportunities for visitors. The day we spent there was also a very good mood!!

We were only there one night. We felt very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful.

The property is 6km from Landshut center but is well connected. You can also go to the train station and from there take a train (Munich. Regensburg, Passau) There are several Asian restaurants/ takeaways as well as several supermarkets within walking distance. A swimming pool with sauna area is also within walking distance. The place is actually a hotel. Breakfast is unbeatable - cheap and lavish. The preparation team is super nice. We will be happy to come back!

Airport shuttle and breakfast was a reasonable price considering the room rate. Would go again, and highly recommend especially for layovers since its so close to airport.
