I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing time. Anna was incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. I truly appreciate the thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special.

This is my third time staying at the Kings. One of my fav air bnb's. light filled beautifully furnished comfy beds very quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Walk to King William Road. 10 mins to Adelaide Hills. Highly recommend. Very well presented with extra touches. I feel very at home here

Stayed here with a friend for Beer n BBQ Festival at the Showgrounds. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Also only a short walk to the train station to make it into CBD for the footy. The place was clean and homely - it had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Would recommend.

A very good landlord, very warm-hearted. It feels very comfortable to live in her house.
