Monthly Rentals in University District, Seattle

Absolutely stunning location. Very quiet, safe, and peaceful. The Airbnb was very nice, had everything we needed and appreciated the non-white towels 😅. There's an amazing trail near by for running, walking, or biking. Tons of places to shop and eat near by. Will mention there are several stairs up to the apartment itself, so its not accessible to those who have a hard time using the stairs or cannot use the stairs. There isn't another option beside the stairs and wanted to mention since I dont remember that being in the listing. If you dont mind the stairs its absolutely worth the price for the location and Airbnb itself is very nice.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a month and we had such a great time! Betsy was a fantastic host. She was very responsive, helpful, and kind. The place clean and had everything we could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!

I definitely recommend staying in Kristi’s airbnb. The property is absolutely beautiful, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood walking distance from everything you need. Kristi herself was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her cute little dog Cookie was possibly my favorite part of the stay. 10/10 experience, I will be booking her airbnb again next time I come out to seattle.

Great place, great stay! Had a tiny unit malfunction but the hosts seemed super understanding.
