Another perfect return stay-cation. Lee's apartment is a clean, efficient, and a private "home away" for work projects, exploring the area & Seattle. Accurate photos! Great kitchen, W/D, super mattress, fast wi-fi & many channels, movies. Lee is responsive and checks in to assure your comfort. Easy parking, many options if you want to eat out. Fran's Chocolates are made and sold nearby. Another great stay for me. Thanks, Lee.

Absolutely stunning location. Very quiet, safe, and peaceful. The Airbnb was very nice, had everything we needed and appreciated the non-white towels 😅. There's an amazing trail near by for running, walking, or biking. Tons of places to shop and eat near by. Will mention there are several stairs up to the apartment itself, so its not accessible to those who have a hard time using the stairs or cannot use the stairs. There isn't another option beside the stairs and wanted to mention since I dont remember that being in the listing. If you dont mind the stairs its absolutely worth the price for the location and Airbnb itself is very nice.

The space was just as pictured in the ad. We stayed for a week and it was very comfortable. I reached out to Eddie a couple of times, and he responded very quickly. The location was great, nice neighborhood and close to transportation, food and activities. We didn't have any problem with parking, as the people staying downstairs did not have a car. Steep driveway as host noted, but we got used to it. The house was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and toiletries were provided. All in all it was a great place to stay! We recommend this location and Host, and we would surely rebook.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It’s in a great area for us as we were spending a lot of time at UW. The farmers market on Saturday right in front of the place was an added bonus. It is a college area and can be a little louder on the weekend and entrance on the alley isn’t ideal but overall would stay here again.

This rental was perfect for my situation. I needed a space nearby family who I was visiting and also near public transportation. This location met that criteria. The room was very clean and I appreciated the snacks that were ready (the animal crackers were nostalgic). Great water pressure and temperature. Nice large towels. While the room was on ground level, I felt safe the whole time. I did not do much cooking on this trip, but when scanning the kitchen it seemed well enough stocked and there was a small market and a Trader Joe's within 5 minutes walk. Overall a pleasant stay and I would definitely consider it again on future trips to Seattle.

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for on our first out of town trip with our baby! The pack and play made life so easy and the apartment was super clean! Its proximity to university village makes it a perfect spot. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings of all the trees and the birds chirping. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elizabeth was super fast to respond and incredibly helpful and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone.

Very comfortable stay in very clean and well equipped unit. Love the private yard and leafy convenient section of Wallingford!

We loved our stay at Stephanie and Jay's AirBnB. The place was very clean and Stephanie and Jay were very responsive. I really appreciated their proactiveness to add air conditioners to the bedrooms in anticipation of the hot weather. Great location - walking distance to Green Lake and the zoo! I was worried about road traffic from the busy road next to the place, but it was hardly noticeable. I would definitely stay here again!

David's place was excellent.The best coffee was right around the corner and the kitchen was full of snacks,drinks, wine. The neighborhood is the best esp if you're an architecture nut, like me. The parking was super close and I felt good about parking overnight in the safe area. I would definitely stay there again. The view of the Space Needle was the frosting on the cake.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s home! From the start, Susan provided detailed check-in instructions that made arrival easy. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials. Susan provided a welcome book that was full of helpful information about the house, nearby attractions, and great local spots to eat and explore. The location was perfect: close enough to downtown Seattle to enjoy the city, but tucked away from the noise and congestion. It was the best of both worlds. Overall, a great experience in a cozy home. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at Max’s place. It was exactly as described. Place was cozy, clean and convenient! It was a great location within minutes of so many great attractions. Max was so attentive and friendly. The bed in bedroom was so comfortable. Hot tub and spike ball were a bonus for our kids. We loved our stay!

The location was great. The condo was very nice, everything we needed. Great restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Deana was always available. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great. John was very responsive and a gracious host. Even brought over some of his freshly picked cherries for us. Great view of Lake Washington and area was quiet. Lots of amenities in the unit for us. Only issue we had was the high bathtub. Two of us have knee issues and it was hard to get into the high sided tub/shower. The tub is also slippery so maybe some safety strips or a grab bar inside the shower would help? And maybe some handrails on the outside of the house? Us older people appreciate things like that. Loved being able to stroll through your beautiful garden. Other than that, overall it was a nice place to stay. Short drive to the light rail station was a plus too. We took the ride into downtown twice by train. We felt very comfortable staying here. Enjoyed talking to both owners.

What a great place. Right in the middle of belltown with lots to do great restaurants and several concert venues. the view is excellent and the place is very comfortable. I will definitely be booking with Ben again.

My second visit was as perfect as the first. This time the weather cooperated that we could use the beautiful deck to soak up the afternoon sun and take in the beautiful and serene surroundings. Thank you, Laura, for providing such an outstanding rental!

Ken’s place was the perfect stay for us! The location was fantastic—we were able to keep our car parked in the locked, secure garage all weekend and was able to walk to pike’s place and the space needle easily. We loved how safe and secure the building was. Ken did a walk through with us to show us the amenities and made us feel welcomed. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle!

An amazing place

One of the most comfortable places we've stayed in! It seemed like a lot of thought had been put into the organization of the kitchen and the guidebook, and things were labeled well. There was a nice bidet for the toilet, and I personally enjoyed the forest green aesthetic of the bathroom. Thank you Kevin, for a great week-long stay!
