Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

I have been at her house for one week and it could have been longer. Aminta is a great host, very supportive, caring, and always open for a conversation. This place is a big recommendation for those who want to explore New York City, while having a calm and peaceful resting break in-between. 👍

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

C’était mon premier voyage toute seule et ça été une merveilleuse expérience. J’ai été accueilli très chaleureusement, je me suis sentie très à l’aise. La maison est très propre, toujours rangée. La chambre est parfaite, bien aménagée. À mon arrivée, ils m’ont donnés des recommandations comme des restaurants ou autres. On est à 15-20minutes de Time square, c’est très rapide. Il y a des bus tout le temps. L’endroit est très tranquille, je ne me suis jamais sentie en insécurité. Je vous recommande !!

What a GEM... PERFECT spot for visiting NYC! So close to bus stop and so easy to get to the City. Great neighborhood, located directly across from the skyline... the view is breathtaking! Can't say enough about Mary... what an amazing host! She was so friendly, thorough with instructions, extremely helpful with tips and recommendations, and quick to respond to any questions! The place was absolutely SPOTLESS and had everything we needed and more! Thank you, Mary!!!

Have a great stay! The house is located on a quiet street. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed our time here, and it was very convenient being so close to the bus stop for New York City!

Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

I think this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, spacious, comfortable, updated amenities, modern, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home. I would’ve been content w never leaving lol We enjoyed our stay sooo much, I was very sad to leave. The host was extremely kind and communicative. I didn’t have a single issue. I’m very thankful to have had this home be apart of such a fun experience and now my favorite memory! Thank you so much!!!!

Loved this stay! The space was very cute and the area was nice. Morgan was vey helpful and responded very quickly.

This place is hands down, one of the best Airbnbs that I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The unit is ground level however it is very quiet and you feel very safe. Everything was spotless and you can tell that Elgha takes great care of her property. Elgha is extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

great neighbourhood, feel safe even at night, close to the bus stop which could take you to pabt easily. moreover, the place itself feels just like home. host is thoughtful and friendly. definitely recommend!!!

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
