Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Union City

The apartment was really nice and clean. It was more spacious than it seemed in the pictures, which was really nice and it had all the amenities that you might need. Just so you know, the fridge makes some noise that you can hear from the bedroom, so if you need complete silence to sleep, it might be a problem for you. All in all, we loved stayed there, and the neighborhood was really nice. It's a bit of a commute to Manhattan, but it wasn't as bad as we thought it might be with New York traffic. You have a lot of options of buses to take you to the city. Shevon and Odette were amazing hosts. Very helpful, responsive to our texts and flexible with our arrival.

I graduated from Rutgers-Newark so going back is always a breath of fresh air! I love the location. It is centrally located to EVERYTHING!!!! Wonderful place to stay!!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. Locale, layout, spotless. Couldn't get enough of both the daytime and nighttime views. Steven was an excellent host. Communicative, answered my myriad of questions, provided recommendations for a great nearby grocery and wine store that we frequented several times. Easy to get a taxi and a short walk to the subway. Started to feel like a local after just a day or so! This will for sure be our go-to place next time we visit NYC.

Beautiful place, perfect to come back to after a cold night at MetLife stadium. Very safe and secure. Security downstairs and code access only into building. Only thing is parking garage is not attached to building so was slightly difficult to carry things to and from our vehicle.

We had a lovely stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while. Communication with the host was excellent; they were super responsive and helped with everything we needed, from check-in to local recommendations. Just a small note: the floors are wooden and a bit creaky, so it’s best to be mindful of noise, especially at night. Overall, a cozy and well-hosted stay!

Pros: Great location with easy access to public transport, safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, spacious, and offers plenty of storage. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated. Dana was friendly and helpful. Free washing machine and dryer available in the building. Cons: The TV was broken, water faucet in the bathroom was not working well, kitchen ventillator was broken, and only very limited dishes faucet, and extractor fan were not repaired during the stay. The kitchen is under-equipped, with only a few dishes available

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

Jennifer's place is hands-down my favorite AirBnB accommodation that I have stayed at this far-- Jennifer is a lovely person, and I had the best sleep in a very long time in the extremely cozy bed, plus I got to watch the nice TV, the temperature was perfect, I was conveniently able to do a quick load of laundry that I needed for work the next day, the shower was absolutely heavenly, I had my morning coffee/snacks/water readily available that Jennifer left there for me, the fridge was excellent, having the microwave accessible was perfect, parking was conveniently located right out front super close.... On a scale from 1-10, Jennifer's place scores over 100!!! :-)

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Judee’s place provided a great place for our multigenerational family to stay while in town for a graduation. The place was well laid out and gave us all enough space to spread out. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Judee is very responsive and got back to us very quickly and takes great care and concern in her property. The only down side is parking more than one car was difficult. Just plan to have one and you’ll be all set. Definitely recommend!

Rich & Kim were very responsive and place was exactly as described. I always travel with my family and we love to have our reliable transportation (own car). If only the location allowed for reliable or allocated parking, definitely it would all check out 120/100 but of course, i would still recommend this place.

Great hosts, very clean and modern amenities, the rooftop view is amazing!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

This Airbnb was perfect for our needs! It was clean, comfortable, and close to public transit. AJ was easy to get a hold of and he even brought us chargers twice. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, too. There are lots of options to eat around the place.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Lower Manhattan. The light rail is right in front, but very quiet. All essentials and more were there. Looks exactly like the photos. Very quiet building. The building requires a code to get in so it felt very secure. Area was very safe and walkable. The whole place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved how there was a free designated parking spot for my car in the parking garage! Not something you see very often here! I loved my stay and would stay here again! The host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.
