The house is beautifully renovated and very high tech!!! The kitchen is a dream. Loved the furniture and fire pit on the deck. Convenient to Ithaca and many restaurants/ hikes. Master bed very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all took turns with the massage chair every night - it was a big hit! Lorena was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Jill's place was perfect for celebrating a special occaison! The location is picture perfect and there is everything you could ask for! Great communication and very clean and organized! We highly recommend for anyone travelling to Seneca Lake!

I have stayed at the lakehouse for many years now and have always had a great experience. Amy keeps the house up well and every year there is an upgrade/renovation to look forward to. This year we enjoyed using the pedal boat, basketball hoop, dart games, and the many games for our toddler. The yard is perfect for our husky. We also enjoyed the local activities, including Green Lake State Park. The house is also clean and well kept, and Amy communicates well for any issues that may come up. We look forward to visiting again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Ithaca. Being so close to the lake offers excellent views of the water. In addition, you are a short drive from downtown Ithaca and can easily access many of its attractions. The home is also clean and the kitchen is well stocked. One thing to note is that the staircase to access the house is lengthy. We appreciated that the description included this detail so we could plan accordingly. Dominic was quickly responsive and overall a great host!

We came back to stay at Dave’s house for our son’s graduation weekend at Cornell and we are so happy we did it. We were able to host friends and family over a busy weekend where restaurants for large groups of people are out of reach. The house was extremely well equipped for hosting dinner for a large party. We loved the sun room. Our favorite place for breakfast and afternoon gatherings. While the weather didn’t help, we were able to use the fire pit and spend some time outside one of the nights. We hope we can be back again soon!

First time in Ithica, and this was a great place to stay near downtown. We specifically wanted to be on the water, and this place delivered. Very cozy and comfortable house for our family. Looking to come back in the summer and bring our boat and take full advantage of the dock/lake.

Mario was very helpful and friendly! He brought us wine and champagne for my graduating daughter. The house was comfortable and cozy. Everyone slept well. The views are spectacular. The setting is paradise.

Sean’s property was beautifully maintained and exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for its accessibility, particularly for my elderly mother, and it proved to be an ideal choice. The walk to the lake was easy and convenient, making it even more enjoyable. Sean was highly responsive and communicative, promptly addressing any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, cozy and well appointed. We loved having our own private space to enjoy looking out at the lake on both the deck of the house and down by the water itself. So, wonderfully relaxing. We decided to make dinner ourselves one night to better enjoy our time at the house and it’s beautiful surroundings. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed including a grill in the yard. The home owner was very accessible and helpful when we had a few minor questions. The property itself was situated close enough to the town of Geneva for restaurants and the grocery store but also close to some unique wineries and breweries right nearby. (Side note: War Horse Brewery - Well worth checking out!) I would highly recommend staying at this property. We had a fantastic time. You won’t be disappointed!

Stayed at this quiet cabin for a girls weekend with my best friend. The location was beautiful. The house was the perfect size for the two of us and well appointed. Our favorite was the beautiful sunroom and the comfortable deck! We spent a lot of time on the deck just taking in the view. Had the weather cooperated we would have built a fire and enjoyed the Adirondack chairs by the lake. Easy drives to the highlights of the area like Watkins Glenn, Pen Yan, Windmill market, and of course, the wineries! I pestered Michelle a few times with questions but she was always very responsive and timely. Thank you for a great experience!

We loved the cabin spent Mothers Day weekend with my family and Grandkids...we definitely would stay again the view is beautiful and the sunset everything meant all our needs

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

We loved our stay! The house itself is nice, but we spent most of our time outside on the deck, in the hot tub, or on the lake. It was a little cold when we visited, but it was still nice to be able to use the paddle board/kayaks and explore the lake & I imagine it would be much better in the warmer months. There isn’t much of a town, which means limited options for food nearby, but it was definitely worth the limited options for the peace we felt there!

Kate & Jess were great hosts! I loved staying at the Bear Camp for several nights. The lake front dock area is gorgeous and the cabin uses natural light to wonderful effect. The mornings drinking coffee by the sunlit windows were some of the most relaxing I’ve had recently. 10/10 would stay here again.

John is the perfect host, I felt like a V-VIP. He made sure I was comfortable and was over and above helpful with every last detail. He has bikes for guests to get around on and would graciously pick me up when I got stuck down hill. He helped me with fires to enjoy the starry night sky, and escorted me to the cabin when I got back late after a wedding party. The cabin is delightful and serene, on the edge of his property looking into bright green trees. He’s got it set up for barbecues and has even put out sticks for marshmallow roasting. A cute outdoor shower, and an eco-toilet cabin behind the room. I enjoyed swimming in the lake, doing hikes at the National reserve & on the property, watching the cows on the pasture, star gazing, & trying out the local eatery spots. I highly recommend this elevated glamping experience with a host that will do anything in his power to make sure you’re happy.

The cabin was perfect. Just the right balance of vintage charm and modern amenity. Perfect for a couple. We took advantage of the kayaks and fireplace. I can't think of a better place to have stayed to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer.

This was our second time staying here and they didn’t disappoint! We had such an amazing weekend. I told suzi it was my girlfriend’s birthday and she went above and beyond for us. Not only do we love this place but I feel like we made friends with these guys and literally couldn’t think of a single thing they could do better. 10/5 stars without a doubt. Look forward to going back in the future!!

Our stay was great! So so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Being by the river was great, we got to see new baby goslings and watch people go by on kayaks. The place is very peaceful, and right down the road from a few different winery’s! The neighborhood wasn’t the most vibrant part of town, but it had its own atmosphere and views on the drive were breathtaking. Also good thing to note—the next door neighbor has a beautiful Great Dane who likes to pace the dividing fence and sometimes barks pretty loud and gets excited. Great dog, on an electric fence, but just for anyone who has reactive dogs or sensitive dogs, definitely something to consider.

We had a great stay at James’s place. The cabin was comfortable, private and had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed walking around the lake and sitting out on the covered porch as it rained. Would definitely stay there again.

Cleo’s cabin was an amazing place to stay for two nights. Greg welcomed us warmly and gifted some bait to my kids to fish in the pond. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The cabin is cozy, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The solar power worked well despite the rainy weather and we used the generator very minimally. Beds are comfortable and the heater kept us toasty. The porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and reading in the evening. We enjoyed making a fire and toasting s’mores. My kids loved trying the axe throwing game. All in all a perfect stay. We will be back!

We had such a great time here! Heidi’s place was clean and in a great location. We loved utilizing the dock and really appreciated all the personal touches that Heidi left for us!
