FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

80 feet of natural level lake frontage w/ dock, paddle boat, 4 kayaks & Canoe. Recently updated lake home with 3 queen beds & full twin bunk beds. Home is on a dead end road and a very quiet neighborhood. Ample parking and privacy. Come enjoy the lake in your own private large yard. Rock bottom shore & long dock. Able to swim out in front of the home. No need to bring beach towels or bath towels. Fully stocked & ready for you to enjoy.

It’s the perfect place for a calm and relaxing vacation. Salt Springs State Park is only 7.5 miles away and offers picnicking and hiking trails in a beautiful 405 acre park. Binghamton University is only 15 miles to the north (approximately a 25 min drive).

Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
