We really enjoyed the place. Was close to all the State Parks we wanted to visit. Great secluded location. We had a good laugh at the Opera toilet. Didnt bother us at all. Was nice and cool during the warm weather bit cold at first as it was cold outside but plenty of blankets around to keep cozy. Really enjoyed talking with them as well and the recommendations for hikes to do for our next trip. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvement would be to let guests know what the grid is to plug space heaters in during colder weather so they don't trip the fuses.

Scott's place was an amazing find. Very comfortable and comforting place to stay for the weekend. Beautiful surroundings and loved to visit the alpacas. Easy to find and get to, yet peaceful and out of the way. Everything was just as described in the description, the studio was clean and well appointed. Ideal location for those who drive and want to enjoy both Seneca and Cayuga lake attractions as well as spend time in downtown Ithaca or Trumansburg. I live nearby and will certainly recommend for future visitors and friends.

I highly recommend this AirBnB. R.J. is a truly great host. There was a big storm with a power outage. He immediately messaged me and within minutes was delivering a lantern. It matches the pictures exactly. The space is comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you will need. This property is very peaceful, it feels remote but is only minutes from downtown Ithaca. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, do not look any further.

This stay was incredible. We felt very at peace and well treated. I really enjoyed the privacy fence and use of the air conditioner as needed, not to mention we were just outside of town where it is quiet and peaceful but close enough to downtown Ithaca to go and grab some great food. Overall an excellent stay!
