Very quiet and unique location. A hard to reach with a regular car, four wheel drive / jeep is recommended. I recommend it to anyone who looks for a peaceful place in nature!

We had a fantastic stay in Sergio's wonderful place. The old building has been very nicely restored and the views from the private terrace are spectacular. The surrounding area is the most beautiful in all of Sicily with lots of amazing places to visit. There's a good restaurant just 5 minutes downhill on foot where we ate every night - the pizza and pasta are excellent and well priced. Our 4 nights were definitely not enough and we hope to return as soon as possible and stay longer. Highly recommended.

The accommodation offered by Cinzia is comfortable, with a magnificent view of the sea and the hilly landscape of the surroundings. Cinzia communicated well with us for the arrival and gave us good advice on the visit to Etna. We recommend!

Staying at Caterina and Francesco’s home in Nicosia was one of the most special experiences of our trip to Sicily. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of their family. One of the absolute highlights was being invited by Caterina’s and Francesco’s wonderful parents to learn how to cook a traditional Sicilian three-course dinner. Not only did they patiently teach us step-by-step, but we also got to share the meal together, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. It was an experience filled with kindness, laughter, and incredible food — truly a taste of real Sicilian hospitality. We felt like part of the family and left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). If you're looking for authentic culture, genuine connection, and a truly local experience, this is the place to be. Thank you, Caterina, Francesco, and family — we can’t wait to come back!
