A wonderful spacious, clean, comfortable & well equipped cottage. A perfect base for exploring Snowdonia. Being on the A5, a busy road, will not be everyone's cup of tea, but living on a busy A road in Kent, as I do, meant it did not bother me. The upside is that it is easy to get places.

Very cosy stay with beautiful scenery and easy drives away from plenty of things to do. Lovely clean home and very friendly hosts ~would highly reccommend

The cottage is everything you could want. Clean and spacious with all you could need and great with secure off road parking and enclosed large garden, perfect for our dog. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower. Easy 15/20 minute walk down into Bala which has all the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again.
