Holiday rentals with lake access in Tuscany

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “l’alloro” per cinque giorni (quattro notti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Il luogo è riparato e molto tranquillo. L’abitazione è confortevole e pulita. Con noi c’era il nostro cane di taglia grande e non abbiamo trovato difficoltà. Nei paraggi c’è il lago dell’Accesa, molto comodo, ma in ogni caso non eravamo troppo distanti dalle spiagge di Follonica. Un’ottima esperienza.

Lucrezia ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Host. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse und der Garten der Unterkunft.

My wife and I stayed at Silvia's for 8 nights. Like other reviewers, we didn't want to leave. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a superb host, comfortable Tuscan-style accommodations, stunning grounds, and breathtaking views. Silvia is warm, caring, helpful, and generous. Her parents are friendly and helpful. Her father presses olive oil from the olives in their olive groves and makes wine with the grapes from their vineyard. They generously shared these delicious gifts from their land with us as well as eggs from their chickens. We also appreciated Silvia and her mom's kindness when they saved our hanging laundry from getting drenched while we were out. We look forward to our next trip to Tuscany and experiencing Silvia's warm hospitality and lovely home again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche in Marias wunderschönem Haus am Lago di Vagli zu verbringen. Die Lage direkt am Stausee ist einfach traumhaft und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – es hat an nichts gefehlt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Bei jeder Frage oder Anfrage wurden wir sofort unterstützt. Es war eine wundervolle Zeit und wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huis van Silvia. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons echt thuis. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis op het meer is schitterend en de zonsondergangen zijn magisch. Het huis zelf is oprecht van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen heerlijk, de badkamers zijn perfect en de keuken is zeer uitgebreid. Verder valt ook op dat alles echt super schoon en netjes is. Er is veel tijd en moeite in gestoken om alles perfect te hebben. De omgeving is natuurlijk schitterend. Je hebt het prachtige meer in je achtertuin, maar je zit ook zo in Toscane. Er is dus meer dan genoeg te zien en doen. Silvia is verder een ontzettend fijne en aardige host. De communicatie verloopt heel prettig en snel en ze stuurt voor je aankomst al een hele uitgebreide uitleg en tips. En als er vragen tussendoor zijn staat ze direct voor je klaar. We hopen ooit nog een keer terug te komen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung gleich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war super viel Platz vorhanden und alles picobello sauber. Von Monto Baducco waren Ausflüge nach Bologna, Florenz, Pisa,....sehr gut möglich. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen liebwn Dank an den Vermieter.

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Salvatores place. The surroundings were amazing, and we appreciated the pool very much (especially the children aged 3 and 6). This is an idyllic and peaceful location. It was easy to get to beautiful small towns and also beaches by car. We went on a day trip to Elba, which was great. There is also an amunsement park only 20 minute drive from the apartment, Cavallino Matto, which the kids loved. We went twice. :) The outdoor area outside the apartment was lovely, and we had most our meals here. Thank you for a wonderful Italian vacation, Salvatore.

Siamo stati da Maria Argia per la prima vacanza in famiglia, lei e il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili, hanno messo a disposizione il lettino e hanno risposto prontamente a mie richieste per facilitare il viaggio con un noenato. Monolocale bello e pulito con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare e mangiare a casa, come abbiamo fatto spesso. Patio esterno fruibile e rilassante, posto auto interno comodissimo. A piedi in pochissimo arrivi sia al lago che al bellissimo borgo di Bolsena, ci hanno poi suggerito cosa vedere nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato.

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre gentile, disponibile e alla mano, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a due passi dal lago in un’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

L’alloggio è delizioso, pulitissimo, molto ordinato e attrezzato con tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno. Simona è attenta e super disponibile, capace di accogliere al meglio i suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

A super apartment in a perfect position within a few minutes of the ferry that operates regularly around the lake and ten minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance of some delightful restaurants with excellent menus.

We had a great stay at the Abbey. The natural surroundings are beautiful and it has a spectacular view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside under the olive trees and using the bbq area.

Questo è un posto magico ed estremamente romantico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per tre notti ed è stato un weekend lungo meraviglioso. Ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie dato che nei dintorni ci sono molti prati dove poter fare pic-nic o giocare coi bimbi. Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, molto probabilmente in futuro torneremo. Super raccomandato

Wir haben die schöne Unterkunft und den großen, grünen Außenbereich sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist umwerfend und man kann ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Die Casetta ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Utensilien, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Frühstück oder Mittagessen haben wir immer gern auf der angrenzenden Terrasse unter dem schönen Blauregen genossen. Man sollte Essen allerdings nicht offen herumstehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Im nicht weit entfernten Dorf hat man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurantoptionen, und auch andere Orte sind gut und schnell erreichbar durch die nahe Anbindung zur Autobahn. Ein Höhepunkt des Urlaubs war Luigiana, die uns nicht nur sehr herzlich bei unserer Ankunft empfing, sondern während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer erreichbar war. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte. Außerdem hat sie sehr leckeres Olivenöl. Danke für alles!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da, was man zum leben braucht. Die Umgebung ist zauberhaft und ruhig, perfekt um sich von Stress im Alltag zu erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!
