Very nice and clean.

Monica is a very dear person and host, communication was perfect and she was very accommodating to our wishes. We booked very spontaneously and she made check-in possible in just 1 hour and everything was prepared for our arrival. We also had very nice contact during our stay. This property is a “mobile home”-style bungalow, with wonderful views over the bay and a fenced garden. The outdoor kitchen is a highlight. In some places you notice that the cottage is exposed to the weather, a bit of rust and moisture, but that didn't bother us. The rooms inside are actually quite small. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. You have a lot of privacy and can sit outside for a long time in the evening and talk without disturbing anyone. We felt very comfortable with our two dogs. Thanks for a great time.

great location , just opposite to the beach and Many restaurants. The camp houses were bigger than other places we stayed . The people at the reception were kind , communicative. They checked us in eventhough we were late.

We enjoyed the stay. The bungalow is close to the beach and everything necessary was available. It was clean and easy to communicate with. Less well worked out the connection to the wifi and on the last night it dripped into the bungalow because of the heavy rain. But this could also be considered an experience:)

Everything is great. The kids are thrilled. We will come to your campsite again.

Great place for spending the weekend!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Luna, the resident dog and Mike, our host, we were beyond happy with our stay at this beautiful property. It’s sparkling clean, well equipped and perfectly comfortable. Be sure to walk to the top of the olive grove to see the spectacular view of the valley. We had to cut our stay short by one night and it broke our hearts! Would love to come back again soon.

What a great place, last minute an extra night booked so excited we are. Dear hosts, wonderful surroundings, super nice facilities (fresh rolls from the local bakery via the campsite, for a fee eat with the evening meal, always access to coffee and drinks). Cottage was just right, not too spacious and not too small. All right, all right, all right. Surroundings are beautiful and really very cozy. Supermarkets 5 min by car. Whether you want to stroll through a village for an afternoon or lie by the pool, both the days it is wonderful to come back to this place.

Bernice & Emiliano were wonderful hosts. The location of the house is very quiet and the facilities are very good. The beds were fantastic, we all slept very well. The furnishings are very modern, new and everything was clean. We enjoyed the quiet nature between the olive groves.

Letizia and her mom greeted us warmly. The property is well maintained and super nice. Quiet location and great views. The pool is excellent, very large and filled with salt water. The guesthouse has everything you need and is enough for two people. If you need your peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Very quiet location. Everything is great by car. The best way to get there is via Sant‘Ermo, otherwise you have to drive a lot of gravel roads. The sea is 30 minutes from the house. We had a great time and had a great rest.

Lovely little house and great value for money. Very peaceful accomodation in the middle of nature. It’s necessary to have a car of course.

We had a lovely week in Lamole. The house and garden are beautiful and had everything we needed for our family. It was very peaceful but not too isolated, with beautiful views of the quintessential Tuscan scenery of vineyards, olive trees and Cyprus trees. Maurizio and Pia were very welcoming, meeting us for a chat and some iced tea, and to show us around the property. We left a deposit, which was returned to us on departure. We also received a thoughtful gift. We were lucky to arrive on the day of the local wine-tasting fête and spent a lovely afternoon chatting to wine makers and tasting chianti wines. There is one local restaurant which you can walk to, and Greve in Chianti is only a 15 minute drive, with a supermarket, pharmacy, etc. and lots of places to eat. June was a beautiful month to visit the area - not too hot yet, not too busy and all the flowers and trees in bloom (careful if you suffer from hay fever!). Molte grazie.

Rachele and her husband were very helpful and accommodating. Rachele has equipped us whenever necessary with local restaurant recommendations, beach tips and children's toys. The place is ideal to bridge the midday heat in the shade under the tree.
